Located a short walk from the Gulf of Mexico, come stay at Coconut’s Beach House!
This 1053 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 and a half bath townhome is sure to give you the vacation of a lifetime.
Enjoy the beach during the day and relax on the back deck overlooking the pond in the evening. The home has everything you need for a hassle free stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you will need. The back deck has a Weber propane grill for easy grilling. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath with deep tub. The master has a King bed and large closet and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and a small walk out balcony. The sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates 2 more guests.

Beach Vacay for 2 adults/2 teens

Overall it was a nice looking and very relaxing beach townhouse. Location/neighborhood was great. Neighbors were friendly. Check in was simple. Short walking distance to beach access. Grill/kitchen supplies were great to have/use. Pond in the back has lots of turtles and critters to watch from balcony. I would stay here again! Had fun!!

Newly Remodeled

Loved the location and newly remodeled interior of this condo. Perfect for my family of 4. Only complaint I have is the additional fees I wasn’t aware of until I placed my booking.

Great family vacation spot

Our family of 5 had a great time! It was close to the beach and had easy access. At first I was concerned about only having one shower but then we found the outdoor shower. I think most of us took every shower there, it was a fun experience. The kitchen had great major appliances, glassware and dishes. I would have liked to have a sponge/washcloth to hand wash some things and wipe down counters but not a big deal. We did run out of paper towel(only 1 roll) but again, not a big deal. Having the washer/dryer was great. The area was quiet and we saw lots of other families around.

Great beach house

We had a great stay, the host was responsive and helpful, and the check in process was hassle free. The house was very clean and walking distance from the beach. My family and I had a great stay and would def recommend it!
