Fill up our beach wagon with sand toys, Turkish towels, or wine and dinner and walk just six quick minutes to the soft sandy shores (access to 3 PRIVATE BEACHES!). And with our pristine three-story townhome overlooking the Green in Gulf Place, you're just a stone's throw away from shopping, dining, and a vibrant community setting that's SUPER WALKABLE.

Forget about driving because there's so much to see and do within walking distance! Discover Awakening Wellness Day Spa and Jade Nails on the first floor of our building, and everything you need (or forgot!) at Steve's Market, just one building over. Our community also boasts 2 PRIVATE TENNIS COURTS, WALKING PATHS, SHUFFLEBOARD, AND CORNHOLE - so there's never a dull moment!

Unwind in our mudroom on the first floor and head upstairs to revel in the bright and spacious rooms designed with intention. Our home offers 2,600+ square feet of sheer luxury with travertine floors, high-end stainless steel appliances, a WINE FRIDGE, and upgraded fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. And when it's time to relax, our deck offers the perfect vantage point to enjoy the vibrant hues of the sunset.

Satisfy your coffee cravings with our Large Coffee Bar that features a Nespresso Machine, Keurig, Pour Over, Cold Press, French Press, Grinder, and more - perfect for coffee snobs! Plus, we have a wide variety of Coffee Mate flavorings, GF/DF (Gluten-Free + Dairy-Free) Organic Coffee Flavoring/Syrups, GF/DF (Gluten-Free + Dairy-Free) Creamers, and Raw Sugar.

With ample space for the whole family to spread out and relax, our three-story Boho-inspired townhouse boasts four bedrooms and three beautifully appointed bathrooms. Outfitted with Anthropologie bedding, our guest and primary bedrooms feature king-size beds, while our additional two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and twin over twin bunk beds.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse.

A unique door code and pool code will be emailed a day prior to your arrival and the access code for the shuffleboard & corn hole cabinet.

We believe in clean living and offer organic, gluten-free, dairy-free items in our coffee and tea bar, organic spices and seasonings in the kitchen, and use non-toxic cleaners, hypo-allergenic soaps and detergents, and other various plant-based (chemical-free) products.

All guests must sign our Rental Agreement after booking the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if any individual is found smoking indoors or if there is any evidence of smoking.
