Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located and architecturally designed modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon.

Located one block from all of White Salmon’s best restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique shops, and half a block from Rheingarten Park.

This is a newly built mixed use modern apartment building located in the heart of downtown White Salmon.

There is a full kitchen with cookware.

We also provide a smart TV that you can use with your Netflix, Amazon, or other subscriptions you may have (we don’t provide cable tv).

Parking is on the street and free 24 hours a day (the parking under the building is for our long-term tenants only).

There are two public city parking lots about half a block from our building. One is located about 200ft due east and the other is located about 350 feet west of our building.

But most of our guests prefer to use the free street parking right next to the building.

We do have an EV charger and a designated spot for it, on the east side of the building. Once your vehicle is charged please move it so other guests can use the charger.

- Pets are allowed with a $50.00 pet fee is per pet. With a maximum of two pets. We do allow pets so long as they don’t bark. The reason for this is because this residence is located in a building that has other guests, so we want to minimize noise.

Perfect location and great view

The penthouse in White Salmon was generously sized, comfortable, and with an amazing view of the river and mountains. And the location can’t be beat, being walking distance to all the White Salmon pubs, bakeries, and restaurants you want to visit.

Accommodations are new, it has a well equiped kitchen, a great view, nice size bedrooms and open space. Can't do better with the location!

Thanksgiving in White Salmon

I ended up alone in the penthouse for 3 nights and it felt like a vacation get away instead of a place to stay while visiting family. Beautiful view of Mt. Hood. Kitchen had everything I needed to bake a Thanksgiving pie. Walked to dinner at Henni’s on Weds. night and the White Salmon Bakery on Saturday.

A bit sterile

Views were incredible, but you had to climb three flights of stairs to get to the unit. The unit is very clean, but very bare bones. There was no hairdryer and we needed extra towels, but upon notifying management, they were quick to respond and bring us some. It was also odd that the only TV was in one of the bedrooms. It would’ve been fun to watch movies together in the evening.

Great view!

The "penthouse" unit has an amazing view. You do get some rooftop's....but the benefit to that is the location. Steps away from downtown White Salmon and all the great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We were only the second people to stay there...so there are a couple kinks to iron out..but the owner was very receptive to feedback.
