Welcome to Coral Gardens, Turks and Caicos!

Situated Beach Front, our large, FRESHLY RENOVATED, 1 Bedroom (King Bed), 2 Full Bathroom condo looks out to the stunning turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea - a sight that never gets old!

Our condo is bright, contemporary and spotless. We have strived to provide all of the amenities our guests require while on vacation. We have an in-suite washer and dryer, all the small appliances and cookware you need to prepare every meal in the kitchen, and the Living Room sofa converts into a Queen sized bed, and two single beds, to accommodate two additional guests.

In the mornings, start your day off slow by taking your coffee and favourite book outside to enjoy our beautiful balcony with breathtaking views of Grace Bay.

We are spoiled by having the best snorkelling on the island directly out our front door. We also have 2 pools and a very cool outdoor restaurant called “Somewhere Café” that we are sure will become a favourite of yours also.

We invite you to partake in the many beach activities that are provided on Grace Bay, however, the activities we truly promote are rest, relaxation and rejuvenation!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was in the perfect location with an amazing view. The beach and restaurant were very easily accessible and parking was never a problem. The staff were always very helpful with any questions we had. Leigh was an amazing host who always responded quickly to our inquiries as it was our first time visiting the island. The new hotel construction next door could have been distracting to some but my husband actually owns a construction business, so he was very intrigued and entertained watching the cranes and crews work on such a large structure. Overall, we could not have asked for a better trip and would definitely stay here again.

Vacation in Paradise

Stay was wonderful. Unit is exactly as pictured. Air conditioning almost works too well. Leigh was easy to communicate with. Appreciate that they have extra chairs and umbrella if you want to visit another beach. Besma in the office was wonderful. Always able to get chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Only challenge is the construction next door which we knew about in advance. They start promptly at 7am and there were night when they were still going at 8pm even though it was dark. You cannot hear it on the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was just wonderful. Such great location, view and updated condo. Great communication with owner and a very pleasant staff at Coral Gardens. We'd love to return!

Wonderful!

Leigh is a fantastic host and the property is exactly as advertised! The remodeled condo is a gorgeous place to take in the beauty of Grace Bay beach. They are constructing a hotel next door, but the disruption was minimal. Unfortunately, you can hear the construction when sitting out on the patio. However we could not hear it on the beach, so that was a win for us! Somewhere Cafe on site has great drinks - try the Kickin Mezcal Mule! Blue Water Bistro was another great restaurant and in walking distance! The beachfront at Coral Gardens is somewhat smaller than that of other resorts, but if you take a short walk to the left, toward Wymara, it really opens up. We definitely hope to return to this condo in the coming years.

Perfect Parents Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our week long stay at Coral Gardens! We visited in January 2025. The property is well managed, updated, clean, with amazing views of (and access to) the beautiful turquoise water! The Host is communicative, responsive, and thoughtful (thinking ahead and mindful of what visitors may want or need during their stay). With regard to the ongoing construction on neighboring property - construction did not wake us in the morning, and although the noise was noticeable in the late afternoon/early evening, we didn’t find it overly disruptive and agreed it wouldn’t prevent us from rebooking again ::we WOULD and wish we could have stayed another week::

PARADISE!

I just returned from the most beautiful vacation I’ve ever had, staying at Leigh's condo in Provo, Turks and Caicos. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by the amazing staff at Coral Gardens. The service was impeccable, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The condo itself was a dream—comfortable, stylish, and impeccably maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days in paradise. The view from the condo was breathtaking, with sunrises and sunsets that are truly unmatched. The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever experienced. The beach was pristine, and every morning we were provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to enjoy the day. They even thoughtfully sent us with towels for our boat trip out to the reef, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day. Leigh was always just a text or call away, and her responsiveness and willingness to help made our trip even smoother. We are already planning our return to this incredible spot. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway with outstanding service, natural beauty, and all the comforts of home, Leigh’s condo in Provo is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful view

This condo is a hidden gem! Scenic views and nicely updated. Can walk to some restaurants and a short drive to others. Leigh checked in a few times to make sure everything was fine but we never needed a thing. The staff at Coral Gardens are amazing as well.

Gorgeous Condo, Excellent Host

We stayed at Leigh’s condo for a few days before moving to a different resort to meet family. The condo was beautiful and Leigh was amazing with communication before and during the trip. The snorkeling right out front was incredible and we also enjoyed several meals at the restaurant on property, Somewhere Cafe (we loved the nachos)! We used Taylor Taxi as recommended by Leigh and he was excellent & reasonably priced. One thing I wanted to note that may impact your decision to stay here is the construction next to the resort is LOUD. Leigh was very transparent prior to booking that there was construction next door but we didn’t realize it would be that intrusive. We weren’t able to sit on the deck and enjoy quiet breakfasts, but from the beach it wasn’t as bad. They started every morning at 6am and continued throughout the day. The view from the deck to the west is obstructed now with the construction but you still have the gorgeous view of the ocean in front of you. I informed Leigh while I was there and she was very responsive and did what she could to ask they only work during their allowed times. This didn’t detract from my overall rating since we were here for only a few days but if we were staying longer that may have impacted it. I also want to note that the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage just be aware of that! Overall, we loved the condo itself and Leigh was an excellent host. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great place

This is a fantastic condo located in the middle of everything in Grace Bay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Turks and Caicos. Leigh was very responsive and helpful. When we come back we are definitely staying here.

Wonderful Anniversary getaway

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and this condo was perfect. Everything was so clean, modern and the view was incredible. The water was so transparent you could look down and see fish. It was so easy communicating with Leigh. She checked in on us to make sure that everything was good. The office staff was really nice. We did rent a car and that made getting around much easier. The IGA grocery store is close by. I recommend booking restaurants at least a couple weeks out. This was such a wonderful time. We hope to come back again soon!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is very comfortable and just steps from one of the best beaches and reefs on the island. It has a beautiful balcony view and a nice restaurant right there on the beach as well. Grocery stores are nearby, and we used the kitchen to cook relaxing morning breakfasts and occasional dinners after long days. Water excursion companies picked us up right on the beach (we did snorkel and fishing tours). I can go on and on, but I also need to say that we were really well taken care of by Leigh, who made sure we were prepared for our vacation and had everything we needed, and Scott and Besma in the main office, who provided ample amounts of hospitality and helpful recommendations and they even helped organize a few of our tour reservations. I highly recommend this property!

Coral Gardens Unit 4302

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Turks & Caicos! We chose to rent in a VRBO because of the location relative to beach access and the overall comfort this condo provided. We are in our 60's and although this condo is on the third floor, we knew this going in and it was worth it! The views are absolutely amazing and Leigh has this condo set up beautifully! You won't need a thing! She was in contact with us to answer any questions we had and let me tell you about the bed! It was so comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Leigh for sharing your beautiful home with us! We are so grateful!!

Condo amazing, beach not so great

The property itself is great, the condo fabulous and comfortable with all the amenities you can wish for. Do not enjoy the construction going on next door or the new resort going in but it is what it is. What we didn't like this visit was the clientele on the beach. Because the property is located next to a public beach access you never know what you're gonna get. One day there were 9 females threatening an older gentleman and the manager Scott didn't care or do anything about it. They were yelling and talking about sexual content in front of children and it was wildly inappropriate. We will not be staying at Coral Gardens again unfortunately. We're willing to spend more money to stay at a classier place.

My "New" VRBO Favorite

From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back.

Simply the Best—Better than all the Rest!

I can’t sing enough praises about this amazing property and our wonderful host, Leigh!! I spent many hours researching places and reading LOTS of reviews. We had friends who had stayed at several of the all-inclusive resorts on the island and enjoyed their stays, but we wanted an oceanfront view that wasn’t so crowded. This property was PERFECT!! Leigh checked in with us when we arrived and was only an email or phone call away if we needed anything. The staff onsite were great too if we had any questions. The condo was absolutely beautiful and squeaky clean in person! Extremely comfortable and plenty of room for our family! Although there was construction taking place next door, it did not bother us (honestly—we found it interesting to watch how much progress they made each day). We cooked several meals in our condo and enjoyed eating on our patio overlooking the bluest of water you’ve ever seen! While we loved the waters and sunbathing at Taylor Bay and Long Bay, we were definitely partial to “our beach” at Grace Bay. Big beach towels and plenty of chairs! Being able to snorkel at the reef right in front of us was surreal. We saw more tropical fish in our area than other places that we’ve snorkeled in the Caribbean. Grabbing drinks and eating at the amazing Somewhere Cafe on-site were a special treat too! We rented a car and was grateful for Leigh’s recommendations of restaurants and activities to do. We had tons of fun and always felt safe! Can’t wait to go back!!

Can't beat this view!

This condo was amazing! We stayed for a week and every morning had coffee and breakfast on the patio. The place is just like the pictures. It is well equipped with everything you need. The grocery store is not far. Somewhere Café was so convenient and good. Honestly, Arnold made the best Rum Punch on the island. Having drinks with your feet in the sand equals a magical vacation. All of the Coral Garden staff were wonderful and very helpful. We did rent a car and there was always plenty of parking available. Having the Bight Reef right outside was amazing. There were so many beautiful fish and they were not phased by you. We would recommend this place to anyone, especially from Leigh. She was wonderful throughout the entire rental process. She was very transparent about what was going on with the property next door, which was not horrible. It did not take away from our vacation experience.

Coral Gardens - Beach Front Condo

An amazing condo with everything you need for a great vacation. The condo is really well laid out, lovely furnishings and fixtures and plenty of room for us. Bedroom and en-suite was so nice and the bed was super comfy. Amazing views of the turquoise ocean and white sandy beach from the balcony. Great snorkeling right outside your door on one of the best protected reef’s on the island, we saw so many tropical fish and three turtles.. We would definitely book again if we came back to Providenciales, the host kept in touch during our stay and was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place right on the beach. Paul & Shan

We all live in the small town of Grimsby, Ontario, Canada, which is about 30 minutes away from Niagara Falls.

Our families take great pride in providing wonderful Caribbean vacations for our guests. We all have experience in the vacation rental business.

The four of us came to Providenciales for a vacation / business trip with the intention to hopefully find our next investment property. We were excited to come across this condo in the Coral Gardens complex. The complex is beautifully maintained with people who enjoy their jobs, the grounds are kept clean and manicured, the staff at the beach are always very friendly, and how can you go wrong with your very own outdoor restaurant to lounge at every afternoon with a nice cool drink while looking out at that amazing blue water? It's absolute PARADISE!

Our condo has just been completely renovated, top to bottom and decorated by a professional interior decorator. With the pull-out couch that converts into a very comfortable Queen bed, you can easily fit 4 people comfortably in our bright 975 square foot space. We offer 2 full bathrooms, which is a rare find with a one bedroom condo. You'll find this is a real plus if you have 4 people! And to top it off, it is so nice to be able to do a load of laundry in your own condo, if you unfortunately have to on vacation! Our washer and dryer are brand new.
