Welcome to Hillside Cottage. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits on a private lot w/ seasonal views. Take a walk around the loop to get the full mountain experience or enjoy the mountain air on one of the 2 decks our cozy home offers!
Our home offers level private parking w/carport. Kitchen w/ dining. A wood burning and electric fireplace. Smart HD TV's w/Fire TV in all bedrooms and living room. Enjoy family fun in our game room w/classic video games. Full size washer and dryer. In addition to the king and queen size beds, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa upstairs.
Our home is centralized to many of your favorite attractions and amenities. Downtown Gatlinburg 1.3 mi, Trolly Station and Food City 1.3mi, Arts Crafts Village 2mi, Smoky Mountain National Park 4.5mi, Dollywood/Pigeon Forge 8mi, and Grotto Falls 5.5mi. A list of nearby restaurants and things to do will be included in the Welcome Booklet onsite.

This home does not offer large parties or gatherings. 4x4 not needed to gain access to the property. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old unless authorized by the owner. Sleeps up to 6 guests. Parking up to 2 vehicles. Indoor Smoking and pets are prohibited! 🐻Wildlife may occasionally approach the property. Please be sure not to leave any trash outside and lock your vehicle at all times. Exterior camera is located on the premises for the protection of the property. Please lock all doors & windows when leaving the property. An email w/ all rules will be emailed to you upon booking. Welcome booklet onsite.

Perfect location!

So close to downtown, but felt isolated and away from the hustle and bustle. Well appointed cabin with all the things we could possibly need. The kids loved the spiral staircase and video games. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a short girl's weekend and this was the perfect stay! Great location if you are looking to hit the town, but secluded from neighbors if you want to chill at home. Had all the essentials and an awesome backyard deck.

Spacious and Adorable Chalet

We loved our stay here! The experience was exactly as expected, and more! Lost of room, very clean, plenty of necessities for all parties and fun games and nice views! We would not only stay here again, but we would highly recommend to others! Host was very communicative and clear about the rules and provided more than adequate provisions and directions. Relaxing Stay

Very nice cottage and my family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Location was great and convenient to anything and everything. Dan and Codia were quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay, and never made us feel like we were being a bother. We will definitely be staying again; sooner than later I hope!

We had a great time in this cabin and is conveniently close to downtown Gatlinburg. The place is exactly how the shown on rhe pictures, very clean and has everything we need. We arrived early and since that was already clean we check in without a problem., grandkids enjoyed the game room every day. We definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Hillside Cottage! It was very clean, updated and had a lot of character. Location was great and check-in, check-out process was easy. Highly recommend!

Girls Trip

We arrived early and since the cabin was already cleaned we were allowed to check in early. The cabin was perfect! Clean, beautiful, cozy and comfortable. My teen girls stayed in the upstairs bedroom off the kitchen and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. It was warm and beds were comfortable. PLEMTY of room for all of us to get ready. The girls enjoyed the game system each night and made “mock tails” each night using the fancy glasses provided. Loved that beside each bed was a nightstand with usb ports to charge phones and watches! Full size washer and dryer allowed us to go home with zero dirty laundry. Had a few questions and host was fantastic at quickly getting back with us! Overall an amazing place!!!

Wonderful getaway

The Hillside Cottage was perfect! FANTASTIC location! Close to town but out of the way of crowds. The interior is completely updated and was spotless. Had everything we needed and more! The entire family can’t wait to return.

Great mountain cabin!

Clean, cozy, and spacious A-Frame cabin in the Smokey mountains. Held our family of 7 with ease and we weren’t on top of each other. Away from downtown so you can avoid the traffic during peak times. A+

Comfortable cabin! Convenient location.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It is conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Great place, convenient location!

We had a great time here, the house is conveniently close to downtown, but removed enough to feel calm and relaxed - like a mountain retreat without having to drive into the mountains! The place is exactly as pictured, had everything we could need in terms of supplies, and the check-in and out process was simple. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Good central location

Property is close to Gatlinburg. Stay was clean and cozy. Lots of amenities available. I'd definitely stay again if we returned. Everything shown and listed with property were in line. Only wish would be to add hair dryer.

Great Cabin!

Daniel was a great host, everything in the online listing was very accurate. Place was clean, had everything we needed and was in a great location! We will definitely tell friends and family about our stay and will definitely stay there again!
