Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying at this little house!! It was a great location. Property all to ourselves so it was very relaxing to sit outside in the shade in the afternoon. AC worked GREAT for those really hot days. Thank you for such a wonderful property. We would love to come back next time we are in town!

Adorable Cottage

This was the most adorable cozy cottage. We were in town to visit my son at William Penn, this place was perfect. Just minutes from campus and town. It has all the amenities we needed to feel as if we were at home. Communication with Tim (the owner) was great, thank you again for accommodating our early arrival. Will definitely stay here again!!

A nice place to stay

This is a nice place to stay. We had everything we needed. It has a big yard for the kids to run around. It's close to town for visiting and shopping but rural enough to feel like country living. Host was very accommodating. They responded promptly to a request for more supplies and any questions we had. We have stayed here before and will again.

Peaceful

Close enough to town to get what you need, but in the country enough to relax. House has it all. If you want the outdoors grill under the patio, watch the sunrise or sunset, or enjoy the large yard. This is one to visit again.

Perfect family country getaway

This home is bigger in person than the photos make it look. It was clean, welcoming, and private, all while being minutes from town! The owners were courteous, quick, helpful,and easy to contact if needed. Our favorite amenities include the outdoor firepit (wood included) smart tv and wifi, K-Cup coffee, and so much room for kids to run and play outdoors. 10/10 recommend this property if you're traveling to Mahaska County. Would definitely book again!

Peaceful country house

We had a wonderful stay at Tim’s house! The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the locale was perfect. The house was quiet and has a lovely covered outside sitting area which was perfect to watch the sunrise and fireflies at night. Tim immediately responded when I needed to communicate a disruption in our travel plans. I would recommend this place for a couple or a small family. Thank you Tim! We will be back on our next visit to Iowa.

Close to town but county farm house appeal and space

Stayed for a hunting trip, the property amenities and home layout worked well for three hunters. Comfortable beds and we especially liked the outdoor firepit under roof.
