Upon entering, the home welcomes you with a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The main room combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas, making it easy for the whole group to spend time together while cooking or browsing the cable channels on the flatscreen TV. The well-appointed kitchen features all of the standard appliances, including a microwave, a gas range, and a fridge. Spend your evenings basking in the ocean breeze while you relax with a glass of wine on the huge wraparound deck. This vacation rental also includes free WiFi, so whether you're here for a week or a weekend, you can easily stay in touch with friends back home.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open.
NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.
We provide an electricity allowance ($5 per AC unit per night) during your stay.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

*In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.
