Relaxing on the Colorado River (in Texas)

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at this vacation home, which Rai manages. It's a delight, and Rai has been very accommodating. We've already booked our 3rd trip for 2025.

Our stay was super!! Thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Raimund. The space was not only beautifully appointed but also meticulously clean and comfortable. Our host Raimund went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met promptly and with a smile. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a welcoming stay with a truly attentive host. The place had everything you needed and had an amazing view of the lake. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub and fishing while we stayed. Raimund provided everything we could’ve needed and we really recommend this stay for any of your family or friend gatherings.

Great views and comfortable setting.

The house is comfortable and easy to relax in. Being on the lake and options to take advantage of fishing and water sports are easy. Great living room to relax, hot tub to enjoy and deck to unwind. I highly recommend this place for family or friends.

Perfect place to enjoy spring break!

Had a really nice time with family during spring break. This place is located near enough to town so we could run and grab all of our necessities and fishing supplies. Good communication with property manager and the place had great views from all over. House is set up well for entertaining and we all really enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Respite

Property was well maintained and rather luxurious. Most of the house was graced with water views. The built-in hot tub in the deck was lovely, especially after a day of hiking. Overall, a very affordable, place to stay and great opportunities to enjoy in one place. Great for family.

Super Host and perfect location

Rai went above and beyond to make our stay awesome!! He definitely deserves the Super Host title! The cottage is perfectly located on the Colorado River which is great for boating and other water activities. The home is updated with everything you could need for a wonderful lake vacation. The boat and hot tub are added perks that really raise the bar to unmatchable levels! We will definitely be returning!!

Beautiful Views!

We’ve been staying at VRBO properties on Lake LBJ over the past couple of Christmases and been happy with the houses. Once again, we were not disappointed. The views of the lake were beautiful! We loved the large island with plenty of room for cooking. The large sofa and 70” tv got a lot of use and the house was nice and warm when we arrived given the cold front that just blew in that morning! Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice comfortable place to stay and take in the gorgeous lakefront views.

Wonderful

There were 7 ladies and we had a wonderful time. The listing had that there was a pool maybe just an error otherwise everything was perfect. Unfortunately the pontoon was down for repairs but maybe that saved us from sunburns lol my friend loved the king bed so much that she ordered one online as best of sleep in years just awesome

Amazing house and property

We had an amazing and relaxing time. We fished, played games, watched movies on the projector screen upstairs , hung out in the hot tub and the showers are really cool. Our kids who normally don’t like showering showered everyday! The host was quick responding to any questions we had and very helpful. Beautiful views from the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. This place was fun in the winter I’m sure it will be twice as fun in the summer

The Most Incredible VRBO Experience!

10/10 would recommend staying here. Rai was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure our group had an amazing stay. Enjoyed being out the lake with Rai’s boat on a perfect day. The jacuzzi was a lot of fun at night with a nice view of the water. There are some hammocks and swings that our group enjoyed relaxing in. Kitchen was very well stocked and there is a speaker system to play music throughout the whole property. Nice outside lights in the evening that allowed us to keep enjoying the space. The beds were comfortable, atmosphere was charming and view of the lake was absolutely stunning. I’m already planning my next visit to this little slice of heaven. Thanks again Rai for making our time here so special.

Idk how this propery has 5 stars! Not as advertised.

Arrived. And the place was dirty. Yet we were charged an additional cleaning fee ontop of the normal fee. Windows not cleaned, fridge unclean, hot tub not working/empty. Dishes not put away. Gross. Had to complain to host to get the hotub working. Took him half a day to get it filled and working. Spider webs everywhere. Outdoor furniture with covers on them/dusty/unclean. We stayed for 5 days, the wifi worked about 3 of those days. The house is DIY. You had to walk through contruction on the main propery to reach the actual home. The host CONSTANTLY texts you/messages you. Cameras everywhere. This is why you stay in hotels people.

My happy place

This is the 2nd time this year (April & Nov.) we have stayed here. The 1st visit was booked w/a competing rental app, but we saved about $600 booking through VRBO. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary & my birthday. The home is in a neighborhood, but still feels quite secluded. The houses on either side were empty during both stays. Plus, it’s on the corner of a cove that sticks out into the water a bit further than the neighbors. Once again, the peace & beauty were stress free & healing. Rai was extremely communicative & attentive to anything we needed, not that we in need for much, except maybe some restaurant recommendations. The home is comfortable & inviting. It did rain one day & the loft was a great place watch a movie on the humongous movie screen & snuggle. The location is great! So much to do within a short 15 minute drive. Marble Falls, Longhorn Cavern, HEB, & much more are not far away. We did venture out, but we also took full advantage of all the house had to offer. We grilled some burgers on a pre-cleaned grill (Thanks Rai!). We fished off the dock. I caught a stick, some lake grass, & a chair. We did see fishermen actually catch fish, so we know they are in the lake. Stargazing in the hot tub was heavenly. We sat on the dock with our coffee to watch the sunrise, while the steam was rising from the lake. So beautiful, just like a work of art. If I could give this home 10 stars or just buy it, I would. We love it here & are planning for next year!

Great Place

This is a great place and a fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy the river and visit with friends. Very pet friendly with a large yard area for your four legged friends.

Fantastic home!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of staying in this wonderful home on the Colorado River! Beautiful setting, private, quiet, and so many DEER that freely roam the neighborhood -- awesome! There was trouble with the hot tub, but aside from that, everything was just perfect. We would most definitely stay there again.

Four Seasons

Stunningly beautiful from the moment you walk in…lake views all around…rented the Pontoon which was wonderful and any request was responded to with such quickness and kindness that it felt like service from a Four Seasons luxury hotel.
