Great place!

We had a great stay at Sen’s place. Check in was easy. The ping-pong table for the kids was a huge hit. And the house is very spacious, cool, and comfortable. I 100% recommend staying here.

Looks can be deceiving

I was a little worry when I looked up the address and saw the outside but I was so pleasantly surprised once I open the door. This is a BEAUTIFUL property. We all loved everything about. Would definitely recommend.

Montgomery Alabama Stay

Renting the property was easy. When I added another days stay the billing got messed up. Surprised to see the detailed cleaning required when part of the payment went too a cleaning fee.

It’s a really big house a lot of space to move around. But the backyard gives spooky vibes matter of fact the whole house gives spooky neighbors are very noisy don’t mind they business!!! & they got these weird looking keys laying around don’t know what’s that about ehh never again

large property, a few quirks

One of the two central air units did not appear to be functioning as well as the other (the one in the master bedroom). The only table was a picnic table in the middle of the hallway and it was hard to walk around if anyone was sitting down at the table. YOu could eat in the kitchen at the bar. The kitchen was very generous size and fairly well appointed. The back yard was overgrown and there was trash in and around the firepit. Great location near the Memorial for Peace and Justice and the Mothers of Gynecology memorial. Bedrooms generous size and beds comfortable.

Disappointed...

TVs did not work. A/C was too strong in some bedrooms and insufficient in others. No ice, water or ice trays in fridge. Shower in hall bath did not work properly. Water was burning hot or cold. Glass panel in closet door was cracked, pane in interior door was also cracked. No soap or tissues. Adjacent house is abandoned and has posted keep out signs on it. When we communicated with host, we were told the previous tenant broke the TVs, he didn't know about the shower and we should tell VRBO. We took our own photos and will share them if requested.

Wouldn't Recommend!!!

My family and I stayed at this property to be close to Maxwell Air Force Base for OTS graduation. We were weary due to previous negative reviews we saw but stayed anyway - and I wish we hadn't. The first bedroom had no light - no overhead light and the lamps in the room didn't work. The first bathroom toilet seat was broken and would move around. The shower drain kept clogging and wouldn't drain so the standing shower would fill with water in the bottom. The second bathroom shower was leaking, and we would leave for the day and come back to water all over the floor. The water was either extremely hot or extremely cold, as well. The floors felt dirty like they were barely cleaned. There were no paper towels, dish washing liquid, and BARELY any toilet paper left. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen cabinets, not even basics like salt and pepper. The owner also accused us of damaging linens and towels and charged us a damage fee, but no one in our family knew what he was talking about. He did send photos of these damages but when I tried to discuss this with him, he responded that 'we should have messaged him during our stay' and would not explain anything further regarding the damaged towels. This was not something we did and I wasn't able to dispute the charge. I don't want anyone else to go through what we did when all we wanted to do was celebrate with our graduate we hadn't seen in months, and not deal with this hassle.
