Great House

It was easy to see my friends on all sides of town. The neighborhood was good. There is a park nearby, but the yard was great for the dog!

Staging is key to selling anything

Keep in mind that Realtors take pictures to stage a property, What the pictures don't show you is a "real" picture. The over the stove microwave didn't work and the owners knew about it. There was no Queen size bed that I found. Beware of the washer and dryer "combo". It doesn't even hold 4 towels and it will take up to 5-6 hours to do 1 load of laundry, which they actually prefer you not do laundry on site and tell you that in their Welcoming book. However they will provide you with directions to the local laundry mat. They charged a cleaning fee yet when I arrived there was something dripping in both the stove and the toaster oven. Yes, they did offer to send someone out to clean it but that was after they told me that that should have been cleaned by the prior guest. Make sure you wash and put all your dished away prior to checking out and please do not move any furniture. The sprinklers went off once at 7 am on a Sunday and when I complained they "fixed it" by running them at 6 am the next week. When I told them that I couldn't turn off the bathroom faucet they asked me "if it bothered me" and they would take care of it after I left. Mind you I was at this property for 13 weeks. Ultimately, they had to fix it while I was still there because the faucet started gushing water.. I had no hot water in the shower for 2 days. Personally, I would never recommend this property, or any other one owned by this person.

Great home close to Ft. Bliss

Super convenient location to Ft. Bliss for inprocessing. Was at replacement within a 10 minute drive. Pet friendly was a plus. Would have stayed longer if we were not able to find a home ourselves! Would stay again.
