Could be an amazing rental.

Very large beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. Check in was easy the back gate and door were left unlocked for us. The pool was clean but the area arond the pool was not. There were eyelashes cig butts and misc trash around the pool area. The house was the same way with water bottles and trash under the bed an unopened hard lemonade was behind the couch in the game room. The air conditioner is locked on 73 and you cannot change it. The upstairs ac did not work durring the day and when i mentioned it to the owner the response was I had someone look at it 3 days ago and they said it is just hot outside and the ac is fine. It got up to 83 during the day making the upstairs game room unusable. It is a very large nice house and a great value for a large family and this is the reason i gave 4 stars instead of 3.

Please fix the door lock

The front door keypad never worked, we stood outside for 30 minutes trying the codes that never worked. He said he would come in the morning to fix that issue but no one ever showed. We ended up having to use the back door for our entire stay. Also the pool had a vacuum that did not work, so the pool was not clean. Then some random guy showed up for several hours “fixing” something with the pool. We didn’t have any notice he was coming over, and our family was caught off guard as we were outside swimming during his visit. He informed me he was coming back the next day. I had to ask the owner to get him to return on a day we were not using the home as this was a huge inconvenience. The house was nice, and there was plenty of beds to accommodate for our large family, my only other suggestion would be to supply more towels. If you have 6 beds that sleep 11 people, 6 bath towels are simply not enough. Overall the location was great, but the not being able to secure the home when we weren’t there was annoying. We had to leave the back door unlocked bc of the front door lock issue.

Distasteful & Scam artists.

If you want a relaxing getaway, whether it’s for business or a family vacation… do NOT stay here! The house itself was an 7/10 as the pool was filthy, hard time getting in touch with host to turn on hottub for a day for 6 hours for. Had neighbors listening and watching us in cars and on the other sides of fences, had gnats and flies in kitchen, master bathtub tub doesn’t fill up, water was not hot, & most importantly host was extremely rude and kept adding imaginary charges ontop of charges, the trashcans are tiny bathroom styled cans in every room-including kitchen, I got charged an extremely large amount for leaving “trash” in one pile so his cleaning company had an easier time collecting it. I had already paid a “cleaning fee” upfront and I thought forsure throwing away trash would be included in that.I did speak with a supervisor on Vrbo and they concluded that his disputes against me were false and I will be getting my charges back. The host claimed the “extra cleaning fee” was charged because of trash in my messages. When speaking to the supervisor they explained that he had actually filed it as a “damage” and that is considered FRAUD. Don’t stay here! House is beautiful but it comes with a nasty price.

Great stay for two families together

House was large enough for sure for both families. The two game rooms were great. The owner was super responsive and even shipped us items same day for the kitchen that were missing. Beds were quite hard for us, hopefully they soften with time and some other items not there-darts for the board and some other kitchen items (basic spices, etc). Overall the house fit our needs and owner was great to work with.

Fun, spacious and quiet base at the edge of Dallas

Perfect for kicking back and relaxing, while within minutes of Dallas for business and pleasure. Quiet and spacious. The pool, sauna and game rooms keep the kids (and some adults) out of your hair. Prompt, responsive host. Will be back soon.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This rental was more than perfect! My family and I booked this place to take the kids to Kidzania. The house was clean, rooms are big and the kids loved the playrooms! The spa has a daily heating fee but we did get to enjoy it. Communication with the owner was great as well anything I messaged him about he got back with me in a timely fashion with answers! This was a GREAT stay.

Relaxing day getaway

This house was perfect for myself and family that we invited overnight. The host was very helpful and very responsive to all of my questions.The house was so beautiful and cozy. The pictures does not do the house justice, all the furniture looks to be brand new and it's located in a beautiful neighborhood. Backyard entertainment was fun as well and all though it was a little cold outside we decided to get in the Jacuzzi which was very relaxing as well.I would hands-down choose this property again! Kamal is the best!!
