Schlitterbahn Comal River & Guadalupe River within 5minutes. Located just one block off of IH 35 with easy-on and easy-off access to EVERYTHING in New Braunfels. Granzin’s Meat Market is directly across the street where you can walk to buy groceries & your favorite meats drinks & snacks. Tubes rentals and night life are only a couple of miles downtown. Fischer Park is 1 mile down McQueeney Rd which has a great splash park for kiddos and walking trails to enjoy nature. You may also rent kayaks or go fishing at Fischer Park. I love the fenced back yards for kids and dogs to run. You can bring a bbq pit & have a cookout with the entire family. There is a wooden privacy fence that separates the other side of the duplex. The clean closed in garage has an automatic garage door opener for storage of tubes. The garage is very convenient as storage when you are in between moves to a new house.

Weekend visit

There was a throw blanket in the closet that had holes in it and smelled bad. Maybe a few more kitchen supplies like a cookie sheet. The internet reception was not very good. Really, though, everything else was good. Nice large bedrooms, big kitchen and nice big yard for your pets to run.I would stay here again.

It's close to fuel, food, groceries, and the interstate fwy. Quiet at night. Very clean. Good parking. Owner is very responsive on the app.

Very clean. Had a nice yard for dog to run around. Could use a a little more kitchen stuff. Overall was perfect for what we needed.

Clean property with fenced in backyard for your pet

It was nice to have a fenced in backyard for our puppy to travel with us. Was able to contact owner easily to add on another night Very clean property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great stay

The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and looked just like the pictures in the listing. The house was conveniently located just off I-35, but not so close that you could hear traffic noise. Walmart and HEB were just a few minutes away, and there were plenty of eating options nearby. It's also just several minutes away from the city center. The house was perfect for our visit to New Braunfels.

Charming place to stay

Wonderful everything was as listed, clean, comfortable furniture. Comfy bed I loved the meat market across road. Everything was close for what we needed. Excellent host, we enjoyed our week in Texas.

Comfortable and accomodating

Another property owner cancelled my reservation without explanation. This home was available and met our needs well. It is basic but had all we needed. Owner was exceptionally easy to communicate with. Recommend!

An excellent choice.

I was in New Braunfels for work, booked our stay. Realized I was going to need a place a day early. Contacted Debra asked if it was possible to check in a day early. She accommodated my request with in minutes. The place was perfect. Clean everything we needed and wanted. Will never stay in a hotel again unless I am forced to. She was a great host, she answered any questions in her informative messages before I needed to ask. We appreciate you and your place. Thanks again.

New Braunfels visit

During a difficult time when my family and I had to attend a funeral in New Braunfels, TX, this 3-bedroom duplex provided us with a comfortable and convenient stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough to accommodate us all without feeling crowded. The location was convenient, allowing us to navigate the area easily. Debra was incredibly understanding of our situation and ensured a smooth check-in/check-out process. Overall, amidst a challenging time, this Vrbo rental offered us a peaceful retreat and met our needs perfectly.

Wedding Stay

Good location for event in Gruene

This home was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our original plan was that my husband and our 2 dogs would come with me for the weekend and the house would have been wonderful for dogs with a fenced in backyard! Since they didn't come, 2 friends came with me and we enjoyed our weekend at the Texas Clay Festival in Gruene.

Limited supplies

Overall, the property was as listed. I was dissapointed as we were in town visiting my daughter & her family. Every other night, we cooked and there were no spatulas, stirring spoons, no tongs no electric frying pan, they did have two crock pots. We had to go purchase Dawn dishwashing liquid as there was about enough in the bottle to wash dishes twice and we were there a week. We also had to go purchase aluminum foil and baggies since there were no rubbermade containers for leftovers. We also purchased more quality toilet paper. The place was clean, however, no furniture had been moved and swept under because dead crickets were under furniture and under beds. This is what prompted us moving furniture to begin with, crickets To be fair, crickets are bad this season but they are getting in the house. I realize the price per night point but would have appreciated a few of the above items.

Close to most things. Great parking. Super comfortable furniture. Kitchen was Not quite as furnished as some I have stayed at but still quite manageable. Would love to return next year
