Urban Trilogy #2 - Cute Condo Walkable to Downtown

This individual condo space has been fully renovated and features granite counters, shaker-style cabinets, upgraded tile flooring throughout, is perfect for a small group of five, and has the best location in town! This home is only available for stays of 31 nights or longer.

Layout: 
This condo is one level with two private bedrooms and one full bathroom.  Both bedrooms connect to the bathroom in a jack-and-jill style setup making it easy for all guests to use the space privately.  One bedroom features a queen sized bed while the other bedroom features a full sized bed.  For the additional fifth guest, there is a super-comfy couch in the living room where clean sheets, a blanket, and a pillow will be provided upon check in.  Please note: This space is heated and cooled by a mini-split HVAC system located in the living room.  If you need, we have provided fans in each bedroom to make your stay extra comfy!  

Parking:
There is free street parking right in front of the units!

Neighborhood:
You're situated a short 2.5 miles from downtown Nashville's famous Honky Tonks on Broadway and walkable to some of the best eats and drinks around! Don't miss Blackstone Brewing Co for those of you loving your microbrews, grab some stunning smoked brisket nachos at Hi-Fi Clyde's on Church Street, and wash it all down with some mimosas at Corner Bar off Elliston Place. While you're there, hit up the amazing boutique shops off Elliston Place - Smack Clothing and Buffalo Exchange are two of our favorites for some vintage finds! At night, enjoy the stars with a cocktail while lounging on your private outdoor space! This space is a $10 or less Lyft/Uber ride to almost any other location in Nashville, too!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking and no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
