Come stay directly on Winnisquam! This three-bedroom condo with 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortably. There is one single bunk and a full size bunk along with 2 queen size beds. Conveniently located between Tilton and Laconia. Short drive to Winnipesauke but no need when you are directly on the lake. Condo comes with dock rental. This 1st floor condo has all the amenities. This unit is quiet, comfy & ready enjoy. Linens and towels are included. Association Day Dock Available for a fee.

We had a great time. So much to do even while it rained. Love that we can entertain the whole family without leaving the property! Thank you Idena and Jeff for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven once again!

Definately NOT a kid friendly place, property manager is very shady and very unethical. BEWARE

Great area, nice views, however if you have kids this is NOT the place for you. Multiple property owners rudely reprimanding our kids, we were policed by multiple “wanna be” property managers, throughout our stay. Our unit was nice but needed multiple fixings while we were their due to owner negligence which I fixed as a builder on my own dime knowing we May get blamed. We were then charged an additional cleaning fee, even though several months before my partner stayed there, and had the same thing happened to her. We took multiple videos, meticulously cleaned, just to cover ourselves, yet we were still charged. Would never go back , look elsewhere people :(. Idena is an unethical person!

best view you could imagine!

We had an amazing stay. The location was absolutely perfect and the communication with the host was exceptional. We made friends with other guests that were staying in the other condos and really enjoyed their company. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we could have asked for and was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. 10 out of 10 reccomend.

Tilton condo

We enjoyed our stay in Tilton at Jeff’s condo, it was in a great location. We were able to go to the Tilton outlets and visit the Ice Castles with our family. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the views of water were beautiful. We like the area and there are a lot of good restaurants also.

Lake Winnisquam

Our family enjoyed this very cute home so close to the waterfront. Everything was provided by the hosts for our needs. We stayed for our family ski trip of which this location was perfect! Would love to come back in the warmer months of summer to enjoy family time again!

Everything you need!

We had a great stay. This condo has everything you need in a very tidy, well decorated space. The view is gorgeous, the lake, trampoline and boat docks made it perfect! Having a grill and small yard is a huge plus too. Front room was a bit hot but ok if you keep connecting door open for air flow. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Facility

Great place. Well maintained, up to date and friendly owners. Rented the dock for our boat. Enjoyed the lake. Unfortunately there was not a place to park the boat trailer. This was stated in the lease, however I would recommend for future guests partnering with 1 or 2 places for trailer parking.
