Great location

It was great to be within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting outside on the decks in the evening. The bed was comfortable. Hope to stay there again

Perfect spot!

Great place and location close to the beach. Place was clean and quiet. Perfect spot for my wife and 2 teenage boys. Plenty of night life and restaurants with in walking distance.

Fun stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t beat the proximity to the beach and many local restaurants. The unit was very clean and perfect for our family of four adults. Stormie was great with communication.

Amazing stay!!

VRBO was clean and was supplied with kitchen equipment such as coffee, toaster, blender, etc. It also came supplied with bathroom essentials, linens, and all the beach supplies you could need. The location was wonderful, close to bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and the beach!! Neighborhood was quiet but friendly. Overall, amazing stay and would return in a heart beat!

Best 40th Birthday Ever

Location was everything. Walkable to beach, restaurants, entertainment, bars, shopping. Place was stocked with everything we needed for a five day stay. Four staying guest were happy with house layout. Comfortable for seven adults to sit and visit and play cards. Decks are awesome for morning coffee and evening drinks. St Pete Beach is the best!

2nd floor rental

Location was excellent. Advertised as sleeps 6. There are 2 single beds, 1 queen and No sleeper sofa as it says in ad. It's a large couch with reclining seats.

Loved it!

Perfect size and location for our group. No issues with cleanliness, etc. Having the beach equipment available for use was a big plus. Host was quickly responsive to the one issue we had at checkout, but that was unrelated to the property (another guest was trying to get in). One piece of feedback - all unit locks seemed to be coded to the same number. Would suggest varying them to avoid mishaps.

Close to the beach busy bustling area at St. Pete Beach

The upper apartment was pretty nice with decks on two sides. The walls are pretty thin so hopefully you won't have partiers in the unit below you because you can hear conversations fairly well. However, the guys below us were very loud talkers. Thankfully they quieted down each night before midnight and left after the weekend. It could have been worse. You can see the sunset through the properties across the street. Also, if your priority to be within walking distance to the beach it's less than a 1/4 mile to a public access point. Nice snorkeling off the beach where the jetty's - saw huge snook, mullet, rays, and a host of other species. Clarity was mediocre. We didn't like the spring break scene but with it being March it should be expected. Warning to parents with teenage kids, the beach scene has become obscene with band-aid bikinis and such. All that said, we would rent here again if our priority was St. Pete Beach the host was really nice and the apartment immaculate as we have come to expect with all the VRBO's we stay in.

Close to the beach!

This cute little property was within walking distance to the public beach, and walking distance to the waterway where you can watch birds catch fish and boats come and go. Walking distance to some great restaurants! It is definitely a rental property, some peeling pint, exposed mouse traps, some lights out, no tv instructions, etc…but this really was a nice little place. We loved having a balcony and a private rooftop deck. And not to mention free parking, which is a big deal when you have to pay to park anywhere at the beach or in town.

Awesome place

The place was great, three minute walk from beach, food was a 3 minute walk. Also had beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach, which was great.

For other major attractions- Disney, Sea World, Dolphin Cove, etc in Orlando is about 2 hours away!
