Very Nice Stay

We’ve stayed twice at this house and enjoyed our visit both times. Beautiful home with an excellent location for our stay near family. The hosts were very pleasant and attentive to meeting our needs. Looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was perfect. The home was just as described in the listing. It was super clean and inviting. The communication with the owner both before our arrival and during our stay was excrptional.

Great home.

Clean with comfortable beds. Located about a mile from Kroger supermarket and about 15 minutes from downtown Huntsville. The owners are very responsive. I would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

Perfect Place to Stay!

We were in town for a high school reunion. The location was perfect for us. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated. With us being “old” people, it was hard for us to get up off the low sitting couch, but it was very comfortable! Just an old folks thing! I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Huntsville.

Perfect home away from home

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, beautiful, comfortable beds, plenty of room. The hosts went out of their way to provide small comforts everywhere, from shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms to k cups and a variety of sweeteners in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again when we are back to visit our family in the area.

House was very well appointed and super clean. Very nice new home. Great location with super easy access into Huntsville. Close to Krogers. Appreciated the alarm being setup just for us as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend stay

Lovely home away from home. Gave us space to spread and we were able to cook meals in versus having to go out to dinners. We were there for a sports event for our kids and most of their team stayed in a hotel but we felt we won. Two bathrooms when you have children is key.

Amazing property! Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Pennington Place recently for a family trip and couldn’t have been more pleased! The home is beautiful and is located in a newer neighborhood in the suburbs of NE Huntsville. There is a Kroger 5 minutes from the home, as well as places to eat and other stores. We very much appreciated that there is an alarm system in place at the house and felt extremely safe. When I had questions, the owners responded quickly with answers. The owners made it very easy to access the house and provided instructions for everything. We had everything we needed in the house, including a Keurig and coffee! Everything was very clean, which is always my concern. My kids loved the games that were available. I can’t say enough about our experience. We will definitely return to Pennington Place! Thank you, Reginald and Brittney!

Amazing Experience

Not only was this my favorite vacation home I've stayed in out of all of the places I've been but it made me feel like I was at home. The garden tub isolutely phenomenal and I needed it more than I realized. If I could buy the house for myself I would that is how much I loved it.

Very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed and enjoyed having the extra space to enjoy family - much better than a couple of hotels rooms. Appreciate the ability to reserve for only one night. Definitely will look to stay here again.
