Reconnect with nature while enjoying this chic and exquisitely designed rooftop Villa. Located in the exclusive Holistika neighborhood of Tulum's La Veleta area, this beautifully designed 2-level oasis offers tranquility and impressive views of the surrounding lush Mayan jungle from the rooftop's private pool. Housing 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an airy open living space, AHA Penthouse's open floor-plan is ideal to relax, work, entertain, or connect with friends & family.

Our unit, designed by a famous Mexican architect, consists of three spacious suites, one equipped with a king bed and the other two have two double beds each. All three rooms have their own private ensuite bathrooms. All three suites are on the first floor which gives access to the living room, dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen. Go up one flight of stairs and you'll find yourself on our private rooftop which has numerous different outdoor seating & dining spaces along with a large private pool for you to enjoy.

Everything you see on the photos of our listing is 100% private to you and your guests, apart from the parking area which is shared with other AHA units.

**Note that we do not yet have many REVIEWS as we have recently purchased the property. There are several reviews of the property on a different listing which we can happily share**.

Beautiful home

A spacious and comfortable home with stylish design. Perfect for families with kids or just a group of friends who need space. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The communication with the owner and the manager was very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Amazing villa for larger groups

Renting this property was one of the best decisions of our Tulum group. Went with a group of 7, the villa had all we needed, from coffee machines to comfortable beds and sofas, and of course the pool area is absolutely incredible. There are some nice touches like having an ice machine, Bluetooth speakers, coffee and tea, laundry etc. the communication with the host and property manager were always easy and quick, and we loved our experience. The location was great for us, about a 20 minute scooter ride from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful villa!! The host met us upon arrival, they responded promptly to requests, and even set up transportation for us. The villa was clean and basic necessities like towels, cooking necessities, paper towels, water, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner were all provided. We would definitely return. Location was also close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and pool was clean.
