Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II 1811

Casual luxury for large family! All four bedrooms have incredible views of the sunrise. Located on the southeast corner facing the beach, this unit has an enormous balcony. The condo was purchased earlier this year and has been completely renovated. New colorful decor will provide the perfect backdrop for tons of memories.

The condo's master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedroom each have a full and twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 12. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a half bath for guests. The living area boasts two television viewing stations.

Headed to the beach? Keep your refreshments cool with ice from the ice maker. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a lazy river, sauna, exercise room and a HUGE indoor pool lined with hot tubs

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

The parking garage is covered and connected to your condo. You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. The one time fee is $60 per vehicle. You may purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Fall Break

We always stay at the Oasis for Labor Day with our son's friends families and it never disappoints. Our stay this year was excellent and our rental was on point. The space is awesome with the corner unit and the 4th bedroom. The balcony is massive and the views are spectacular!

Stunning

The property is beautiful, the view was phenomenal. There are ocean views from every room!The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, there was sand left on the shower bench from previous guests. The footboard on one of the beds was broken/bumped out at an awkward angle. There were no hangers in the condo, so we couldn’t utilize the closets or hand dry clothing. And a pair of scissors would have been great to have in the kitchen.Overall, it was absolutely a gem and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Week

The view is amazing!!! The unit was clean and we are very particular about that. Beach and pool are great. Unit is stocked nicely. Would recommend owner provide dish cloths and hot pads, but that is minor. As with any high rise we have stayed in, elevator wait at peak times can be frustrating but that should be expected. Grilling facility is very good and proved to be a social event. Great pickleball, tennis and basketball facilities!! Overall, very good experience! I would recommend.

February break

The condo was actually nicer in person than the pictures could convey. We had 3 generations from 10 to 68 and everyone loved it. Nice and roomy with a bath for every bedroom and a hall half bath and a large pantry and ice maker. The balcony was fabulous and very spacious. The hot water heater quit working but they sent someone to fix it while we were at the beach so that problem was resolved quickly. Location was great. The teenager loved the Juliet balcony in her room. Would definitely love to stay in this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable experience overall.We love the location of this resort. We had young children with us and there are plenty of fun things for them to do. We did not have any problem waiting on elevators at all.There were some minor issues:The lamps in the some of bedrooms are very wobbly and hard to reach the knobs. No overhead working lights in some of the bedrooms as well.We had to contact the management company because there was no Keurig (which we had inquired about prior to arriving and been assured there was one) and there was no working can opener. Julia from the management company was helpful and gave us codes to get them from other units but would be better if they had a checklist to make sure all items were there and working before clients arrived.The unit is spacious and was very clean. We would consider staying in this unit again.

Great family location

Definitely not a "vacation rental by owner" as this property is managed by a company so no hospitality that we've seen with other VRBO beach equipment provided by owner. Kitchen well stocked, although knives so dull almost useless. Elevator did take awhile sometimes during busy parts of the day, but overall fine. Unit was very clean. Linens (sheets, blankets) low quality but beds comfortable. Overall an enjoyable beach vacation. Loved having both indoor and outdoor pools.

View amazing but overall property not what we wanted

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is nice and the view of the ocean was the best part of the stay. The property is not what we wanted. There are 6 elevators for 32 floors of 3 and 4 bedroom condos. If you did not plan right you could spend 30-60 min waiting for an elevator. The parking garage is tight and very full. You spend even more time driving up and down 6-12 floors trying to find a parking place. The pool area is small and very crowded. We did not find this kind of property relaxing and inviting.
