Not happy

Fire alarms went off at 1 am, no fire/smoke. Water was dripping from the smoke detector. Light switches were shotty, and breaker kept tripping. Clean, but would not recommend

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be close to Nashville.

It’s was so close to Nashville that to avoid paying parking we took a Lyft (Uber was crazy expensive) to wherever the adventure led us, the home is a very nice stay although the street it’s on is very busy with fire trucks and ambulances.

Ran Nashville Marathon, Great Base to Rest Up

Suggestions: Thicker curtains would really help. Couldn't rest well with so much sunlight. Maybe a BBQ and dart board or games would really be awesome on the rooftop Heavily traveled road, so bring earplugs for night racing Sofa pullout needs to be replaced. Best Things Comfy beds, clean linens, spacious, great location, easy check-in. Very nice and welcoming rental. Early check-in request was worked out. Overall, good stay.

Nashville Chill

We really enjoyed our stay! Conveniently located to both downtown Nashville and Opry Land. Beds were extremely comfortable, rooftop deck is a great hang out spot,and some really great restaurants are within walking distance. It was HOT while we were there but the house stayed nice and cool!

Wished for better

The place was super cute but not so good area. The master bath was filthy with hair all over the floor and shower. Both TVs upstairs didn’t work which was very disappointing. The gold out couch didn’t have linens but some were brought the next morning. We were told they would look into the other issues and heard nothing back. Very frustrating considering the price.

When we arrived we had to call and get the door access code, as the wrong code was provided. Upon entering the home it was discovered that the HVAC system was sitting wide open with no filters installed in the unit. There was thick layer of dust and debris at the bottom of the furnace near the blower. The home has a strong smell of curry throughout the entire home. The bathrooms were not clean at all. There was obvious dirt and feet prints in the bottom of the showers, pubic hair in the drains. The glass shower doors were coated with a thick cloudy film. The ceiling fan fins in all areas were coated with a thick layer of dust. Upon inspecting the beds it was discovered that the bed sheets had not been changed between renters. There was obvious hair and stains on the bed sheets and covers. We called Vacasa immediately when we arrived to report the general condition of the home and requested new bed sheets. The representative that we spoke with assured us that they would take care of the matter as quickly as possible. I had to go buy a blanket to sleep on top of for the first night that we were there. We were on a 6 day stay for job training. The second day when we returned to the home there were still no new bed sheets at 6PM. We had to call Vacasa again on this day. They did manage to get us some new sheets around 8PM on this day. There were only 4 towels available to us for the entire week. We had to ask for more towels to be brought to us with the bed sheets. The overall condition of the home was in good shape except for the cleanliness. You could tell that the home had not been deep cleaned in quite some time and that when the house cleaners come in between renters they only do the bare minimal. With us being a professional cleaning company (Service Master Clean) we were not at all impressed with the cleanliness of the home. We would most certainly not be interested in renting from Vacasa when we return in February for continuing job training.

Nasty Loud Roach VRBO with POOP in the toilet

First we got to the VRBO and our check in code didn’t work. We had to contact the owner multiple times before we were finally able to get in. Once we got in we were welcomed by fake eyelashes on the kitchen counter that were not ours. We went to put our stuff in the bedrooms and quickly noticed a THICK layer of dust over all the furniture and ceiling fans. Stains were on the sheets and there was even a roach in the bed. Once we checked out the restroom we saw someone left poop all over the inside of the toilet bowl and the seat. We had to buy cleaning products just so we could use the restroom. Not to mention they only had one towel per guest and dirty dingy washcloths with no towel racks or soap holders. Location is near downtown which is a plus but it is extremely noisy we could hear sirens and oddly enough even roosters. While the location is nice and the property does have potential it does not excuse the lack of cleanliness.

Long weekend with friends

Our first visit to Nashville was a great time. We all loved staying here. It was a good location, quiet neighborhood, great view of the downtown Nashville skyline, comfortable beds, quick Uber ride to pretty much everywhere we went. We loved the rooftop deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

We hardly were at the house— but it was so cute & clean! The code they sent for the door didn’t work so we had to call a help line to get the actual door code. But no issues other than that! The rooftop was so adorable + the area felt super safe! Loved how the parking was around back!

The AC stopped working and i sent 2 emails but never got a response. We had to mess with the breakers and we eventually got it working again. Not very easy to speak with someone when there is an issue.

Great place, up in coming neighborhood

To start off the house was amazing! The rooftop deck was a great place to unwind after touring broadway. Everything was clean and comfortable. Though be careful on the steps, they’re a bit slick. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but that actually kinda added to the charm. It’s super close to downtown.
