We fell in love at first sight, and think you will too! This beautiful home exudes character with hardwood floors, fireplace, and gorgeous woodwork. Enjoy the screened in porch or brick patio overlooking the large backyard! The home is located in Downtown Brownsburg, In- within walking distance to several restaurants, shops and parks! Brownsburg is ideally located in Hendricks County making it easy to travel to Speedway (Indy 500, The Brickyard, etc) Indianapolis, Zionsville, etc. And we are home to Lucas Oil Raceway as well! Singles, couples, families and friends traveling together will all feel at home!

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful! It’s an older home with a lot of character and we loved our visit. Plenty of room for our ladies weekend, and everything we needed to cook our meals.

Great stay

The house was spacious and comfortable. Close walk to the downtown restaurants and an easy drive to Indianapolis. Nathan was quick to answer any questions I had. Well worth the stay!

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples stayed in this darling house for the weekend of the INDY 500. We were very impressed! Great location and great hosts. We d love to stay here again!

We're back!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home for the weekend of the Indy 500. My family of six enjoy the location of the home as it's close enough to where we need to go but far enough away to be a great getaway.

Nice property

The house was spacious, clean, and had a classy touch. It provided us with all we needed for a comfortable stay in Brownsburg as we visited friends and family there.

Nice downtown location

Close to the parks and the Locus Oil Speedway, but the house could use some fans or sound masking as there is a lot of noise from the road and fire department near by.

Great house

This is a wonderful house for a stay in the area. The bedrooms are quite large, and has a big dining room for get togethers. In the evenings we spent most of our time on the screened in porch. If you have children with you, the back yard has plenty of room to play. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance that are very good. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Retirement Gathering

It was great! The yard is fantastic for getting rid of some energy. 3 Season porch was wonderful. The wood work is beautiful.

Girlfriends Weekend Away

We came from many different directions to meet up. We loved the charm of the house and all of the old built ins. It was beautifully decorated. I had many online conversations with Nathan ahead of time and he was always very polite and helpful. Even while we were there he made himself available to answer questions either by text or online. Our weekend trip ended up being able to find many boutiques, eating and playing Euchre. The dining room table was perfect for card playing. Would definitely stay there again or recommend it.

Excellent Place

Very beautiful property, excellent owner. Came with everything we needed. Owned was available for communication whenever we needed. Was there for a Celebration of Life Service and Funeral. Having this home available made a difficult time as nice as we could have possibly hoped for. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay. We were within a few minutes drive of all the cities within the County and Indianapolis. I will be booking this property the next time we are in town. To the owner on behalf of myself and everyone else, I would like to say thank you and we appreciated everything you all did.

Good choice!

We couldn’t asked for a better place to stay near the NHRA racetrack! The place was super clean, beds were good and communications were great. The woodwork and overall condition is very nice. Because it was an older home, the bathrooms were very small, which made it difficult for someone over 6 feet. More pictures and better lighting would make this place ideal as it can appear dark. With all that said, we are glad we stayed here!

A fun week in Brownsburg

We chose to stay here rather than a hotel because our group spanned three generations and we wanted a common area for dining, gaming, and visiting. The house worked great for that! Nathan was kind enough to supplement the on-site game selection with some of our favorites from his personal selection. The house was accurately represented and we would certainly stay in it again.

Long term stay

Nathan was amazing with communication and handling every question we had quickly. The house is accurate and true to the pictures. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is safe.

Great Character Home

Beautiful home nearly 100 yrs old with lots of character right on Main St. We really enjoyed our stay and Nathan our host, was very attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend this home for your Indy stay.

My wife and I purchased this beautiful home in the Winter of 2022 and got to work on the "overhaul"- mostly deep cleaning, painting, changing light fixtures and stocking the house from top to bottom! We own a local real estate franchise and I am a historic homes enthusiast and was very happy to be able to save this historic home. We are only the 4th owners of this beauty!

Varför värden valde detta boende

I had been looking for another historic property to own, and this one seemed to fit the bill well. It had been well maintained by the 3 previous owners, just needed some "refreshing" on the interior and exterior. I was also excited about the fact that it is IN downtown Brownsburg- and walkable to a lot of restaurants, parks, shops, etc!
