An incredible beachfront modern apartment built to a high standard ideal for stays from One week to a few months.
Enjoy a safe beachfront location and at the same time working from home.
The accommodation consist of open plan construction.
A top of the line modern gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel tall refrigerator/freezer, 6 ring gas cooker/ oven, stainless steel extract fan.
Quartz countertops and island table.
Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with smart TV and excellent Wi-Fi.
Off the living room and master bedroom is a spacious balcony to enjoy your morning breakfast.
There is a good size master bedroom with two double beds that can convert to a King bed.
Walk in closet and large shower room with walk in shower and top of the line two bowl modern vanity unit. Designer tiles in the shower area

This one bedroom apartment can accommodate a total of three persons as there is a sofa/Futon in the living area. A desk and chair is provided for working purposes
There is direct access from this apartment to a private rooftop Terrace where you can enjoy morning breakfast, lunch or an evening dinner watching the amazing sunset and sea views.
Steps away you will enjoy the fabulous large infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. From this area there is direct access to a sandy beach. There is also a TIKI/RANCHO next to the pool with a great outdoor kitchen including an ALFRESCO top of the line stainless steel gas barbeque grill, gas cooktop, Refrigerator, and stainless steel sink. Enjoy Breakfast, lunch or evening meals sipping a cocktail and grilling your fresh fish or steaks.
For those who prefer NOT to cook, Dolores our housekeeper will be happy to cook for you for $20 dollars per day.
She will also clean the apartment an hour three days a week. The apartment cleaning service is included in your rental rate.

Should you have to cancel, prior to your scheduled stay, due to circumstances beyond your control, at any time you will get full credit and be able to re-schedule (within 12 months from your original reservation date) to an other date subject to availability.
Masachapa is a fishing town where local fishermen fish daily.

Amazing sand beaches, and a relaxing casa

This beautiful casa on the beach was our home base to explore the perfect sandy beaches of Masachapa and Pochomil. We ate alot of fresh seafood (cooked perfectly for us at the poolside kitchen), in perfect weather, and we enjoyed every evening's gorgeous sunset. We hope we can return one day!

My name is Christine and my husband is Joe and we are both American citizens. We have spent much of our lives travelling to different countries including Central America. We visited Nicaragua 10 years ago and fell in love with the country and its friendly inhabitants. As retirees and ex builder/developers we decided to buy a beautiful beachfront lot and construct a 3 level home. to use when not travelling. We recently decided to build a separate one bedroom apartment with private access to a roof top terrace., on the same lot. It has been constructed to a high standard and aimed at those wishing to enjoy a longer stay/vacation and doing some work at the same time. Varför värden valde detta boende

The reason we chose to build in Nicaragua and Masachapa is because we have a great love for the sea and a home on a beachfront was always our dream. Masachapa is a safe friendly fishing village. The home is only 5 mins walk to the center of town with a number of small shops and restaurants nearby. When you arrive or leave at Managua airport the ride is smooth with well constructed roads and only just over one hours drive depending on the time of day. Should you choose our property we can arrange a taxi service with a reliable driver, on your arrival or departure from Managua airport..

If you are looking to spend time in a warm climate, Nicaragua has one of the best weather in the months from December to end May with no rainfall and sea breezes.
From May to end November you still will enjoy many sunny days and rainfall generally at night. Mostly in October it is the wettest month but in the past few years that has not been the case. .Finally I know you will enjoy our new well furnished apartment with its attractive roof top terrace.
