Great location

Great location but if you go to bed before 9pm bring your ear plugs. There is a bar a couple doors down and when people leave you can hear every word they say.

Great location!

The loft was in an excellent location with so many restaurants/ bars/ shops nearby. It was stocked with everything we needed for a great week. The noise at night was expected from the other reviews we read, so that wasn’t a problem for us and was actually quieter than expected. Highly recommend!

Great Stay But…

There was a later than anticipated check in (cleaners arrived late), but no big deal. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, however, I’m not sure it was the best environment for our Shih Tzu, as we were told that he spent a great deal of the day barking at the outside noises. This is a great location, the area is quite busy, & most of the environmental happenings can be heard on the inside of the loft. A few nights we had to sleep with earplugs, but we had expected this based on previous reviews. We came prepared with our own. The real estate broker Anna was super nice and we actually decided to stay an extra night to continue enjoying the Florida weather! Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely consider staying again… But without our fur baby which does make us a little disappointed.

The location was fantastic! The property was perfect. From the bathroom and kitchen and utilities. Perfect place for a getaway with your significant other. We would definitely stay here again!

If you have children or pets this may not be the best location as it is noisy at night. However the property and the hosts were great. It was clean and we had a wonderful stay.

Great Little Studio

We had a great stay at this studio property! It was about 1.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach. Great communication with the owners. We packed a white machine as we had read reviews about nightclub noise and were very glad we brought it along. Very clean property/. Great restaurants and bars right there.

Business Trip

When booking this apartment, I read the reviews and there were great concern about the noise. I didnt experience as great of issues as others. On Friday night about 11 pm there was a car with loud music for about 10 minutes. I did hear voices on the sidewalk if you were laying in bed but that was during normal business hours. My biggest issue was the light. There are clear glass blocks that line the living room which allows a great amount of light in at night as the next door neighbor keep their lights on all night long along with their TV, which I could hear all night as well. If there was a way to install curtains over the glass blocks, and the kitchen windows, that would help with sleeping at night. Parking was a challenge. There were a few times we had to park up the street and walk back to the apartment, wasn't a huge deal expect for when you had to carry luggage or groceries in. Adding some sound proofing panels or insulation would help with the noise. Overall it was a cute little place, had all the amenities that we needed. Property management team was great.

Loft stay

Super clean, exactly as described, perfect for 2 for a getaway. Location is on point! Center of everything! No car needed! However, if you’re one to go to sleep early- earplugs are provided due to a nightclub below you! Lots of loud music and partying. Would still stay again in a heartbeat! Bonnie was excellent and kept me informed! Thank you for everything!!!

Very nicely furnished and comfortable studio. Neighborhood has lots to offer - including a very loud night club which interfered with our sleep. Earplugs were furnished, so owners aware but did not always do the trick.

Loved the loft and enjoyed the variety independently owned breakfast and ethnic restaurants. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The only problem (and it was an extreem problem) was the kids with their loud cars and modified bass sound systems who partied on the sidewalk infront of our door until the club next door closed at 2:30. We stayed Monday-Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday were quiet enough for a normal night's sleep. Monday and Thursday seemed to be part of their extended weekend. If you want to party this place is perfect! I would consider staying there again but only mid week!

Perfect place

It is a perfect place in Sarasota. Bars and restaurants literally within step ( and the beach 1 mile away) and a nice dance club which I think is fabulous. But with that being said, and with us staying the 4th of July. It was extremely loud ( extremely). Between fireworks and the night club we really didn’t recall a quiet night. The night club stay open until 2:30 a and it’s loud. But the property manager was aware and left us some ear protectors ( for noise) while we were alsleep. Now, it’s not the manager fault, it was the environment that we stayed.

We would recommend and stay here again.

Overall great location. The nightclub was worse on weekends, which we knew about. The actual music isn’t too bad, what was louder to us are the people standing down below the window talking outside or cars coming through the parking lot with their music blaring. Plus garbage trucks come through the alley each morning around 5:30am. We were tired enough we could fall back asleep. The loft is very charming. Pictures are accurate. You can walk to everything you need. We drove to the beach. There can be a lot of traffic on the key but the drive is enjoyable. We always found free parking in the lot, the longest we had to drive around waiting for someone to leave was 10 min. Beach is gorgeous! When we had questions Bonnie was very responsive.

Great location for adults

This is a loft above a strip shopping center above a few restaurants and a nightclub. We arrived on a Friday and left the following Sunday. Friday and Saturday nights were very loud and as a light sleeper I would not recommend this place to anyone who is a light sleeper as I was awaken multiple times when there were folks out front of the nightclub but my husband slept right through it. Sunday through Wednesday was much quieter. The location is amazing just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach and Village, we went to a Spring Training game, kayaked the mangroves and visited Saint Armand’s circle. We visited the local coffee shop and pizza place downstairs. There was a new dishwasher however it wasn’t hooked up and we had an issue with the washer not draining. The property manager was very prompt in communicating and even offered to pay for a wash and dry laundry a block away. We did have an issue with the WiFi as I was trying to work from home for 2 days while we were in town and the property manager even offered me their conference room downstairs. Overall it was a good stay just be aware of the noise.
