Relax in our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home located in North Austin. Spend time hanging out with friends and family in the 2 living rooms and our 2 dining areas. The house can sleep 10 to 12 comfortably. The house is located in a neighborhood close to I-35 and minutes from The Domain, Dell Diamond, Kalahari Resort, and many other North Austin attractions. Guests can use the outdoor grill and fire pit.

Great house

We loved the pool table! The house is roomy and accommodating. The bathrooms were really nice - updated and well lit.The property manager was quick and easy with communication.

Family trip

This home was exactly as described and was perfect for our family. The property is conveniently located to north Austin/Round Rock attractions and is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was great to work with and communication was easy and prompt. We will stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Family friendly

My family stayed at this lovely home for a reunion in Round Rock, TX. They appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, especially when traveling with a total of 4 adults and 4 children. Homes with 3 bathrooms are not easy to find, so that is one of the many things that made this a good choice for us. One of the nicest places they had ever stayed. Communication with Kim was easy.

Wedding party, family and bridesmaids

Family and friends from 4 states stayed at this a accomodating home. The managing staff made check in simple for the various family members, and was quite helpful in providing any needed supplies. Excellent communications, quick responses helped make the nervous and excited bride, bridesmaids, mother, and all the family feel welcome, assured, and ready for the big day. We thank the hosts for their graciousness.

Very Nice Place to Stay

The house was well stocked which was nice not to have to run get every little thing you needed. Big open place, great for a larger group and the pool table was really nice to fill some of the down times. Lots of other games available too.

Nice and clean house with great property manager

This is one of the best houses to stay. Manager is very courteous and responded almost immediately for all my queries. House is clean with all the amenities.

Nice Area

The house was nice and clean. One of the freezer drawers was a little dirty. We couldn’t use the fireplace. It was cold and rainy the whole week we were in Austin so we didn’t get to take advantage of the fire pit. We all loved the pool table and took advantage of playing pool. Overall our experience was a great one. Kim was such a great host and the check in and out process was easy.
