Gone Coastal- Spacious home near Navarre Beach

Welcome to 'Gone Coastal,' a comfortable and spacious home in Navarre, Florida! We hope you love it as much as we have!

If you stay in our home, you will love the proximity to the gorgeous emerald coast beaches that Navarre has to offer. You will also be able to easily get to all of the incredible local restaurants in Navarre! You will be comfortable in our home, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

Our home is perfect for families wanting to enjoy the beach at a more affordable price, with only a short drive over the bridge to the extensive public parking and facilities at Navarre Beach and Santa Rosa Sound! It is also a great place for military members on a TDY or military families PCS'ing that have moved but have not found a place to live yet. If you are still able to work from home and want to explore a new area for a few months, this would be a great fit for you as well, as we live in a quiet neighborhood and have AT&T Fiber internet.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6. We also have a queen sleeper sofa and can sleep up to 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and baking supplies, as well as olive oil and a full spice rack. The house comes with 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys. We also have outlet covers, a high chair, toddler and kid's dishes, and a pack n' play, making our home family friendly. Extras include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher liquid, dish soap, hand soap, and hand lotion that are replenished before each stay. If you have a longer stay, you will need to use a nearby store to purchase additional supplies, as we provide several laundry pods, toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Other extra items include hair dryers, iron/ironing board, clothes hangers, and luggage racks. We have a spacious, open living area and a dining area that seats 8 people. We also have an outdoor dining area with a charcoal grill, but you will need to purchase your own charcoal if you plan to use it.

You will be only 10 minutes (3.4 miles) from public parking at Navarre Beach and only 20 minutes from Hurlburt Air Force Base.

Lawn Care: We have someone come mow the lawn 1 time every 1-2 weeks. They have a busy schedule and cannot always plan to mow in between bookings; therefore, you may see them in our yard briefly if they mow during your stay.


Other things to note:
With our home situated only 20 minutes Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, you will hear occasional loud noises, due to training on base. This does not occur every day, and in my experience it only lasts around 1-2 hours. It sounds muffled from in the house, but it is something to be aware of when booking a trip to Navarre.

We have outdoor security cameras for your and our protection. Please note that no parties are allowed anywhere on the properties. This is a quiet neighborhood with regular monitoring by police officers. Also, please refer to our pet policy to understand that no pets are allowed on the property. If any pets are discovered on the property, a fine will be placed on the guests.

Navarre and the entire Florida Panhandle have wildlife that you should be aware of. While the home is in a populated neighborhood, we do have occasional wildlife including black bears spotted in the neighborhood.
