Upgrade your vacation with a double-master (upstairs and down), plenty of space for the whole family, an indoor arcade and screened in pool! (Where you can occasionally see the shuttles launching all the way from Cape Canaveral!)
Perfectly nestled in a great neighborhood, with no rear neighbors, the Tupelo Villa is minutes away from world-class golf courses, Disney theme parks, Sea World, water parks, local attractions, shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful weather that central Florida is famous for!
This house is new to the short-term rental market, and has all-new Ashley furniture throughout, new arcade games in the loft, and new amenities within!
We've stayed in it ourselves to ensure that it sleeps and plays the way that any family or group of friends would want it to, and we almost didn't leave!
We've found that the sun sets perfectly over the trees toward the rear of the property while sitting by the saltwater pool at the patio table (drink in hand optional, but recommended) after a day in the sun out in central Florida. We also learned that you can watch space shuttles launch from the pool - look east (jacuzzi side) of the pool during launches, and you could catch one! Tune into various launch and listen websites to find launch schedules and listen to the countdown sequence.

A veteran husband and wife couple, with kids - we really worked to create a relaxing home with plenty to do, but not too over-stimulating for the kids, since you're probably here for all-day entertainment close by. We privately manage this property ourselves, and the pride of ownership shows in the details. No management companies - just us. We want you to enjoy our home. So, if you need something, just ask and we'll be happy to help!

Varför värden valde detta boende
The Tupelo Villa is in the perfect location for access to everything that central Florida is famous for, but without the chaos of a resort community. The property is 15 minutes from theme parks, and 5-25 minutes away from amazing golf courses.
The main road just outside of the neighborhood is really the only road you need to know since it has everything necessary - Publix (3 minutes), Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, etc. and quick access to the highway if you are using central Florida as a launch pad to make day trips to other towns.
Honestly, when we stayed here after furnishing the home, we could see ourselves living here. It's a great house and we think you'll enjoy it too!

The area itself is quiet and peaceful. Because the land directly behind the home is a natural habitat for an endangered tortoise species, it means there are no rear neighbors! So, privacy is great here at Tupelo Villa!
