Great stay!

Great private cottage . Very clean, convenient, loved the fenced in patio and two nice bedrooms.Washer and dryer. Great host!

My family and I had to stay here for an extended time while our house was being repaired. David was so accommodating and made the whole thing so much less stressful.

Sweet spot!

It worked out well for my daughter and I to stay here. David was very accommodating after our initial reservation had to be altered. We loved morning coffee at the table outside. Inside was roomy enough and coolant worked great.We appreciated that we could walk to my other daughter's home from here. Perfect for our needs!

Refurbished garage

This 2 bedroom is in a great location. It appears to be a refurbished garage. Gave this only 3 stars as the front door needs replaced. There is a noticeable gap around the door which lets cold air (and likely bugs) in. We had 3 people and would have been nice to have a little more seating options such as a comfortable chair along with the sofa to sit in while watching TV or playing cards. Also, we had to purchase some basics I would have expected to have been stocked (kleenex, salt/pepper).

Extra bedrooms when hosting for the holidays

We were hosting our extended family this thanksgiving, and needed a few extra bedrooms to accommodate. This home, just a block from our home, definitely for the bill. Clean, well equipped, and a responsive host, what more could you ask? A wonderful stay and definitely a space that will be front of mind for the future!

Brand new place. Cozy two bedroom. Great neighborhood to walk around in.

We came to Denver for an engagement party and it was great to have a place to rest and get away. Great neighborhood full of people walking around. Plenty of places to walk to. Ver short drive to all downtown amenities and options.

Great Location

We had a great trip! The location is perfect with a variety of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops within walking distance. We also loved the proximity to the interstate. The house was very cozy and clean!
