The Space:
This beautiful, coastal-chic home offers great views and plenty of space for the whole family! Featuring 1300 sq ft over two stories, stainless appliances in the kitchen, tiled showers, hardwood floors and much more.
Enjoy the wonderful views and salty sea breeze of the Gulf from multiple decks. Each bedroom has a private deck, and even one off the kitchen! The beach is just a short walk away for hours of family fun in the sun! This Beach House is the perfect vacation rental for a family with kids.
After a day playing on the beach and it's time to pack it up back to the house, you can rinse off downstairs in the private outdoor shower before heading back in the house. Beach play can really work up your appetite. The spacious downstairs is perfect for grilling up today's catch on our Charcoal BBQ Grill.
Please note, this house is not Pet Friendly.
Ground Level: Outdoor shower, storage under stairs for beach toys, parking for 2-3 vehicles, Charcoal BBQ grill.
Main Level: Gulf facing deck, open living and dining room, kitchen with breakfast table, bayside deck, large pantry, half bath.
Second Level: Bedroom one with a Full size bed, and a Twin Trundle, private bathroom with a shower tub combo, private deck.
Bedroom two is a Master Suite with a King size bed, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a separate tub and walk in tiled shower, double vanity, large walk in closet with two additional Twin Rollaway beds; private Gulf facing deck.
Location: 3-5 minute walk to the Beach; 4.1 miles to 61st Street; 8.2 miles to 25th and Strand; 4.4 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
Notes: Although provided, WiFi access/Cable/Dish service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but PMI Galveston Bay is unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.
