Kom och stanna i vårt nyrenoverade fantastiska hem i Casa Grande, en 2000 kvm ft. Ranchägare med alla bekvämligheter. Vacker bakgård, med utsikt över antalet en farled Dave Vit Golfbana ... Luta dig tillbaka och njut av en förfriskning medan du tittar på de mest otroliga solnedgången du någonsin kommer att se.

Det finns 5 eller 6 golfbanor i närområdet som är mycket rimligt att play..Tennis belägna vid angränsande parken. Nytt köpcentrum 10 minuter away..Harkins 12 Theater i närheten.

Vi är 56 miles sydost om Phoenix, och 72 miles norr om Tucson, 4 timmar bort från Rocky Point i Mexiko, 2 timmar från Red Rock Sedona ... alla mycket vackra platser att se.

Amazing property is right!!

Our stay was fantastic! The owners and Arizona contacts were very easy to deal with and they seemed genuinely concerned that we were happy with everything. This home has everything one could possibly need to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment here and will very likely return again. Thank you for allowing us the use of your wonderful home!

Hope to rent this property again!

Loved the location on the Golf course and the Pool !!! The location was perfect in the Links too !! Lovely 3 bedroom home ! Extra refrigerator in the Garage was a Bonus !

Great rental property

The only thing I might change is to have local television channels not just Canadian channels. Jeanne was very attentive to any questions we had.

A Great Escape.

This is a lovely home which backs onto the Dave White golf course. Morning coffee in hot tub is a great way to start the day. The home is well-furnished with a beautiful desert garden landscape. The property managers immediately helped out with any concerns we encountered. For November, the weather was very beautiful and warm by 10:00 am. Golf at 8:00 am is a little too cold. BeDillon's restaurant was the best food we found (steak/seafood/desserts to die for). Interesting historic adobe building with an amazing assortment of cacti plants in the courtyard. A mixed review

Our overall experience was fine: the property manager was very helpful, the home was spacious and exactly as advertised, and the location on the golf course was delightful. However, the Canadian cable was problematic for watching U.S. sports during football playoffs or for checking local weather. There were a number of problems that should have been addressed before the house was rented: smoke alarm batteries that indicated they needed to be replaced, dryer lint buildup that was a real fire hazard, missing pieces necessary for heating the pool, and very cluttered kitchen cabinets and pantry that needed organization before we could use them. The water is not drinkable and you will have to buy drinking water according to instructions left by the owner. If you decide to rent this property, be aware that it is the owners' vacation home and that many of their personal belongings including expired condiments in the refrigerator are in evidence. Despite these concerns, we would rent again as Jeanne and Reg, the property managers, were so helpful and the neighborhood was so friendly. We were glad to be able to rent directly across the street from another property belonging to this owner and rented to my sister and her husband. And the location between Phoenix and Tuscon enabled us to take day trips to both areas. We were thrilled to see nesting peregrine falcons on a hike to nearby Picacho Peak State Park.

Great place and great location

We rented this property for two weeks in March and had a great vacation. Having never rented a vacation property before, we were a bit sceptical, but when we arrived we were certainly not disappointed. The house was just as nice as the photos, what you see is what you get. The kitchen was well equipped with everything imaginable and a bonus was the Canadian satellite system that we were able to keep up with the current events. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe, you could go for a walk anytime of day and the people are so friendly. All amenities are just a short drive from the house. Anyone looking for a relaxing holiday would love this location. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, John, and he was very helpful with any questions we had and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure everything was up to par. Would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful home in Casa Grande

We had a wonderful saty in Casa Grande. The home was beautiful and had everything you needed to enjoy it. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, golf course is very reasonable, and the weather was great. Casa Grande is centrally located between Phoenix and Tuscon, and the highways make it easy to get around. We would not hesitate in renting this property again.

Amazing stay again!!!

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. Both the owner and Casa Grande contact were helpful and showed genuine concern that we were happy with everything. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare every meal we wanted. It was very nice to be able to get Canadian news on the television. It was great to be able to walk to the Dave White golf course and the little park nearby. Every restaurant we tried in Casa Grande was very good but we liked McMasher's Sports Bar the best because of its great burgers. This home would be great for anyone!

A perfect spring break

This place is fantastic! Beautiful furniture. Fully loaded. Great location on a golf course! Enjoyed sitting by he pool and watching the sun set during the evening. Pool was beautiful and easy to use. Great location. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Cannot wait to return. Thank you Regitta and John.

FANTASTIC!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Casa Grande. The house was great, as was the owner and the property manager to deal with. Very relaxing, quiet neighborhood and great golf at the Dave White Municipal Golf Course. Enveryone very friendly and relaxed. Have already booked for next year.

Frequent visitor to Phoenix area

I have been coming to the area for approx 20years now. I have stayed at this home twice now, and I love it! The home is very comfortable with everything you could ever want or need. The pool is fantastic and with no neighbours at the back there is great privacy. Amenities are a short drive away, but I no longer even go to the Phoenix area to shop when I am at this home. All the big names are in the vicinity. The neighbourhood is quiet and homes are nicely maintained. I recommend this home to shoppers, golf ears and anyone that wants to get away from colder, wetter climates. Grab a cold one and relax!

Love Mesa and this house

I first stayed at this house in June and I just finished another stay (Oct.) This time I went down with 2 girlfriends It was better than I remembered it. The owners have upgraded the beds, they were so comfy I did not want to get up. My 2 girlfriends loved this house as it is very tastefully decorated and comfortable, my favorite part is the swimming pool! After a day of shooping or golfing we would sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the golf course it really is amazing. Golfing is a 5 min walk, shopping is a very short drive away. I would recommend a delightful Mexican restaurant called Evas it is a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive from the house.. I look forward to coming back in 2013!!

Holiday Stay

I give this property 5 stars all around.. The pictures do not give it justice. It is amazing, very quiet, 5mins walk to the golf course and I shopped till I dropped. When I come back to Mesa I will stay here again. Thank You for a wonderful holiday and great communication
