This apartment is near everything it was so helpful to go anywhere in short time with the I-95 2mn from the apartment.

Decent location

I came in for 2 nights - a very short stay, and it was critical for us to have a comfortable **quiet night's rest from our travel, so we could do all our activities the next day. Very reasonable expectation. BUT The people above us were very loud at 1am-2am, moving heavy things and being loud, causing my whole family to wake up and disrupting my night, and their next day. I was patient at first but when my kids woke up and my spouse complained, I knew I had to go say something. I had to get dressed and walk up there myself at 2am and ask them politely to be quiet, they were rude to me, and just told me "it's not us, we're in bed" but, I knew that was a lie. Anyway, they stopped making noise but at that point, it was already too late, and everyone was awake. I expected the host to say "here's a break on the price" but, when I told the host about that incident, they said that they told the loud guests to be quiet and billed them extra for being loud. So, my disturbance just turned into a profit for the host. Not an awesome experience.
