Perfect for Our Family

Loved our stay

We’ll be back. We stayed 11 days and were completely charmed. We just enjoyed every minute in this cottage. The setting brings you back to a simpler time. There is plenty of space, relaxing and has everything you need. Clean. All the amenities.

Adorable home close to everything in Tulsa!

My mom, friend, and I visited Tulsa for an event at the Woody Guthrie Center and wanted to stay somewhere quiet with separate bedrooms for the three of us. This adorable home was exactly what we were looking for. The home is beautifully updated with all of the modern conveniences we're accustomed to but without losing the charm of the home's original design. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and was a great place for the three of us to talk. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The home was immaculate. Should I find myself in Tulsa again, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Perfect Location

Everyone on our trip was thoroughly impressed with the house. It’s been updated but still retains beautiful characteristics from the times it was constructed, I believe the 1930s. It’s a beautiful house and the space is well utilized, having three bedrooms was nice. It wasn’t too hot out when we went but still worth noting that the a/c blew ice cold air. The location is absolutely perfect everything we needed/did was less than a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again

Great location and lovely house!

We wanted a reasonably priced house for my sister, husband and I for a quick weekend vacation/wedding. This was a perfect location, 2 miles from downtown where the wedding venue was located, a 15 min drive from my grandma’s house, close to great restaurants, and quick freeway access. The house was great for our needs and more, and the decor was so tasteful. Living room furniture was extremely comfortable, beds were as well! We didn’t need to cook but the kitchen was stocked with everything you could have needed. Will stay here again when we need a nice home, this definitely beats a hotel room!

Cute house, great location!

This property was clean, and as pictured on the site. Super cute space, huge kitchen stocked with cookware, if you are so inclined to cook during your stay. We stayed in Tulsa specifically to visit the Outsiders house museum, as my daughter is obsessed with the book & movie. This property was less than 10 min away. It was also incredibly close to the Gathering Place(such an awesome park), Utica square for a little shopping and the shopping and restaurant district off of Peoria Ave. TVs in the house had smart TV capabilities, which was amazing, as we were able to view the STL city soccer game :) As far as owner responsiveness, Cynthia was fantastic; so quick to respond to communications. If we ever go to Tulsa again, this house will be our #1 choice to stay!

In town for a week for business and this property checked all the boxes. A little tight on parking since we had 2 cars, but overall a nice stay.

Highly recommended!

Cynthia's property is perfect. Parking right on site underneath a carport with easy access through the front door. The atmosphere inside is wonderfully calm and beautifully decorated. Cynthia was very responsive with communications and reached out to me to make sure I knew how to get in easily. I was there for a conference during the day and it was a wonderful place to rest and unwind in the evenings. I slept very well.
