Residential building and neighborhood. Take the opportunity to explore São Paulo from a strategic point close to Jardins and Higienopolis and just one subway station to Pinheiros.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use makeup to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

This decorated and functional 29 m2 Open Concept Studio is located in a high-end building strategically located close to Av. Paulista, metro, Rua Augusta and Consolação and is not far from the center.

For greater comfort, it has a fan, a double bed and a double sofa bed, divided bathrooms (shower and toilet) so they can be used separately.

Furthermore, it is on a high floor, being quiet at night with excellent WiFi signal and a flat screen TV.

It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, making it perfect for your stay.

We recommend a maximum of 2 people, but it is possible to accommodate up to 3. You will have access to all the building's facilities.

The condominium has a beautiful 25m swimming pool, pool chairs, gym with air conditioning, sauna, changing room, garage, automatic shoe shine, WiFi in common areas, study room, 24-hour concierge. All this at no additional cost.

There is also a laundry service within the building for an additional fee.

IDENTIFICATION: It is necessary to send a document with a photo of ALL occupants to grant access to the entrance. Occupant without prior sending of this document will not have access to the building due to measures stipulated by the condominium. If you need to use the garage, you must provide the license plate, model and color of the vehicle.

You will have access to the building facilities upon sending a photo ID of all occupants, it must contain the ID number and name of all occupants. This a must as it is security measure adopted by the building in which we must comply with.In case you will use the garage, you will be required to send the plate number, make and model prior to your arrival.
