Om boendet

Welcome to our little piece of paradise nestled in the heart of Port Saint Lucie. Kick back and relax in this 3 bedrooms/2 bath home that has a large screened in heated pool and spa. Relax in the hot tub or come inside and kick back in the recliners. The guest rooms are on the opposite side of the house with the Living room and kitchen in the middle. If that’s not enough the beaches are only 20 minutes away!
Relax, grill, Tan, chill…..Florida living at its finest!
The space
You can access the magnificent pool from 3 sliding patio doors. One in the master bedroom and another in the second bedroom. The door in the living room opens up double so the patio space becomes part of the living room. The huge master bedroom features a private bathroom with a step down shower and a door leading directly to the pool for those unexpected “P” OOL emergencies . With the semi-open floor plan you will find the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house and they share the second bathroom. You will find the living room, kitchen and dining room in the center to meet together and entertain. The kitchen has a pass thru window with a bar to the pool area to make giving snacks to the kids quick and easy. After a long day in the sun come relax on the couch that reclines and watch tv on the 65” screen that is provided. You can sign into your own streaming service or pick a movie from the video library provided with over 200 titles to choose from. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs.
This house focuses on the beautiful screened in heated pool(winter months only) and built in hot tub. There is a table and chairs to enjoy a afternoon lunch by the pool. Lounge chairs and extra chairs are also provided at poolside to soak up those rays.
Pool floats and toys are provided for the kids and adults that act like kids while on vacation.
There is also a BBQ provided for all your grilling needs.
2 Kayaks and 2 life jackets are also provided for your enjoyment on the St Lucie River that is right around the corner.

The Pool
All functions for the pool are controlled by an app on our phone. You only need to tell us what you need( pool heated, spa heated, jets turned on, lights turned on etc..) with a quick message and it’s quick to turn things on. If you know a certain time of day you may want something daily it can be put on a schedule so it is ready and waiting for you!

Location…
With a great location just north of Port St Lucie Blvd and just a short distance from US1 which features plenty of shopping and dining and entertainment. Jensen beach is a short 20 minute ride away. The Port Saint Lucie River is just around the corner with boat access ramps to enjoy the two kayaks and life jackets that are provided for guests to use.
For the golfers there are quite a few golf courses within a 5-10 mile radius. Suitable for the duffers to the scratch golfers and everyone in between!
We are just a short 2 hour ride away from Miami, 1 1/2 ride to Fort Lauderdale and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Orlando and the Disney experience.

Beaches:
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and snorkel gear provided for your enjoyment. Jensen Beach 12 miles, Santa Lucia Beach 14 miles,
Bathtub Beach 18 miles, Waveland Beach Park 13 miles,
Ocean Bay Beachside 16 miles, South Jetty Park and Fishing pier in Fort Pierce 16 miles. With many other beaches spread through out for your beach pleasures.
Guest access
The entire house is for you to use for your enjoyment. The garage is locked for employee use only. There is plenty of space in the driveway to park a car, boat or RV

Great house

Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub very nice - you have to message the host to use the hot tub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Relaxing and enjoyable!!

We stayed for a week, the whole family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Everything was as expected, all 3 bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, the only thing we didn’t realize until we arrived was only one of the bedrooms has a TV.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool very much. The house was clean and the equipment of the house was very good, so we don't have to buy something. Our little son (2 years) had so much fun in the pool. We will come back soon! Thank you for sharing your house!

Bright ,clean. relaxing home in quiet neighborhood

I would recommend this property . Comfortable living area, well equipped kitchen, huge primary bedroom on one side of home with 2 other bedrooms on the other. Lovely pool and spa ! Shellie answered all communication very promptly. Loved it

Close to nice beaches

Inside and Lanai were fine . The backyard was trashy ie shelving that had come down laying around and piping that could have been put away, pieces of metal siding leaning against fence. The grill outside was not cleaned and grease pan was rusted and most of it is disentegrated. Kitchen was well stocked appliances were state of the art and clean. Shellie was always available and turned on jacuzzi whenever we asked.

Very clean and pool is awesome

Staying at this property is like staying at a very clean 2 star motel but private pool, it takes it up to 3 stars. Pros: - Clean house - Clean bedding - Pool is great, with pool toys included - Kitchen had all cooking pots and pans Cons: - Holes in drywall - Front room has no privacy as the curtains barely covers all of the window. - Cameras in the pool area, which is fine but one of them was pointed to the bathroom window which has no window covering and felt there was no privacy in that bathroom. - There were only 2 small toilet rolls provided so if you stay longer or with family you need to buy more on your own. Small thing but makes you feel you are staying at a cheap place. - 2-3 Dishwasher pods provided. Again, small thing but makes you feel you are staying at a cheap place. - Kitchen trashcan should have a lid so it doesn't stink up the kitchen. Overall, I felt I over paid for the stay but stay itself was fine minus all the privacy concerns we had.

Stay for the pool

My family stayed here for Spring Training. We were looking for a place close to the stadium but had a pool for my son and enough room for 4 adults. After staying at Disney for 4 nights, I wanted to save a little money instead of getting two hotel rooms. The property was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. We always re-clean everything and hardly any dirt showed up on my swifter. My son loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It was nice to sit outside in the screened in porch to eat our meals. However, the rest of the house wasn’t so enjoyable. You can tell the house is slowly being renovated. Although I don’t expect a 5 star resort, I did expect the amenities to work and be comfortable. I wasn’t able to give my son a bath in the tub because there was no stopper. The water in the guest bathroom only got lukewarm, so if you like to have a hot shower you can only use the master bathroom, which does have a nice walk-in shower. The bathroom faucets need replacing and the shower has rusted screws, which makes the amenities functional, but not eye pleasing. There are holes in the walls everywhere that looks like some wiring was removed. Overall, we enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub, but will not stay here again. We expect our accommodations to feel more like a hotel and less like a house in the middle of renovations.

Anniversary in Florida

We were delighted with the property. The house was clean and bright and roomy. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub a lot! My daughter lives in PSL. She came one day and we painted on the large table on the covered back porch, and cooked steaks on the grill. Shellie, the host, was great and responded quickly. Next time we will stay longer. It was fabulous!

My Husband and I live in the great state of Michigan for now. We love coming down to the Florida house and exploring new adventures. We like playing Golf, sea shell hunting and riding bikes. Flying a kite out on the beach. We love the outdoors.

We love the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The roads can get a little crazy in town. But the minute you step into the house and out on the back patio all the fades away because it is so quiet. Love it!

The back patio and pool area is my favorite part of the house. It has a huge covered patio to just sit and relax on. Of course the pool is also very inviting. One of the bigger pools around!
