With unparalleled views of Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte and only a few minutes from downtown, this private 1st floor apartment is the perfect space for your mountain getaway. With separate entrance and driveway, the 950 sq ft space with 1 bedroom (King or 2 Twin XLs), 1 bath and kitchenette with hotplate etc. is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers or any visitors taking in the sights of the Prescott area.
Just off of Acker Park, the property is a short bike ride or drive to Goldwater lake and and the Prescott Circle Trail system. The Loam Lounge is a great place to relax and unwind when you are here for the Whiskey 50, the Prescott Rodeo, one of the many art fairs, music festivals or just a weekend getaway.
Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with clear views of the mountains surrounding Prescott and its city lights, you are likely see deer, javelina, coyotes and other wildlife amble through the yard. Forget about leaving your “gears” in a public hotel parking lot or schlepping them up to the room. If you are traveling with bikes and other expensive equipment, you can park right outside the apartment entrance in the private driveway with restricted access, or feel free to bring your stuff inside. The apartment is on the first floor of the home and has its own entrance and a spacious deck for you alone.

The apartment comes with a guest book that includes helpful information about the rental during your stay, as well as where to visit for the best food, entertainment and shopping when you are in town.

Location, location, location! Phenomenal views day and night. Safe and quiet neighborhood walking distance from downtown, Arizona State land and Prescott National Forest.
