The Space:
Located in Catalina Foothills! This beautifully remodeled 4-bed, 2-bath home offers breathtaking mountain views and an open-concept living space. The gourmet kitchen features a large island and dry bar, perfect for entertaining. Relax on Lovesac sofas or enjoy game night with the 86" TV in the living room. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, and you can unwind with a Bluetooth shower speaker. Outside, enjoy a cozy fireplace, outdoor dining table, bar setup, Pool, and large Hot Tub, and grill.

Beautiful and well-maintained property

We originally booked a different property for our 9-day trip to Tucson, however we showed up and that place was disgusting. We spent 2 nights downtown at a hotel until we found this property and let me tell you, this place is absolutely perfect in every way. From the overall condition and cleanliness to the communication with the property management, this was a first-class experience. This place was obviously remodeled fairly recently, and they did not miss a detail. Comfortable bedding, well-appointed kitchen and incredible pool and hot tub.The city view at night is beautiful from the deck and hot tub. You do look out over Ina Rd (probably 300 to 400 feet away), and you can hear traffic but do not let that stop you because it is far enough away that you immediately forget about it and really do not notice.We were so happy to have found this place, ESPECIALLY after walking away from the dump that we originally booked. We highly recommend this place without reservation.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The views out the front and back windows were beautiful. Very comfortable home to vacation in and property manager was very quick with responses. Would stay again for sure.

Awesome House - Would Stay Again

Communication was great and responsive. The house and welcome book were easy to use and access. Plenty of room with 5 people (2 toddlers). All the rooms were clean and the outdoor space was perfect for playing/relaxing. I would absolutely come back!

Perfect for a golf getaway!

The location, amenities and house layout worked perfectly for a 4 person golf trip. The house was very clean, well appointed and communication with management was easy and immediate. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful Tucson Friends and Family home

It really worked out nicely. Sunset from roof deck with beautiful every evening. Anything we needed was addressed. Well appointed and perfect place to be for our stay.

Perfect

8 guys stayed comfortably here and the open concept made it easy to spread out. We were there for a golf trip. Place is in amazing shape! Hot tub is amazing, views are awesome, close to great restaurants, and most importantly close to several nice courses. Communication with host was smooth.

So much to like

Overall, we were really happy with our experience despite a few things we didn't expect and/or pay enough attention to in the listing. In the excellent column: responsiveness and support - issues were addressed quickly; location - we loved being so close to the Pima Canyon trailhead, within 15 minutes of the Y, community tennis courts and good shopping / restaurants. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped including food storage containers in all sizes. The living room is spacious and comfy with a huge tv. At first we were disappointed to discover the back of the property abuts Ina / Skyline Drive. We stopped noticing the noise and busy street within the first hour. Really didn't think about it after that. Absolutely loved hanging out on the upper deck. We had a few too many issues at first - t.v., fireplace, hot tub - but the staff was quick to resolve them with permanent solutions to avoid issues for future rentals. What we didn't prefer - the dining room table isn't in a great location. We used it for dinners but would've liked it to be more open to the big windows and view. The outdoor dining table is down a flight of stairs, around the pool and in the corner. Not convenient and either 100% in the sun during the day or 100% shaded for dinner. Seating is limited. We felt the house needs a better outdoor dining solution on the upper level, near the kitchen and grill. We ate lunch off our laps by the hot tub. The pool isn't heated, which is probably the norm for Tucson, but would've been good to know in advance. Despite temps in the 70's and 80's, it was too cold to swim. Again, we were happy with the rental and our experience. Every house has trade-offs. This one nets out on the positive side!

Exceeded expectations!

This house was absolutely perfect for our winter getaway with friends. The furniture and decorating in every space in the house was perfectly selected to allow for a multitude of areas for individual relaxation or group conversations. Additionally, the kitchen was stocked so well; it had every small appliance/utensil/storage/serving item we needed. Amazing! The hot tub was a delightful amenity we enjoyed every night. The property mgr was extremely attentive and personable. Definitely a 5-star property!

What a place!

This place is unbelievable! Beautiful, top end through and through, they thought of everything from throw blankets to coffee. I would stay there again hands down. There was a little back and forth due to hottub logistics, but we got through it. Love the gas fire pit too.
