If you are a traveling professional, this recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the ideal location in Salt Lake City is the perfect place to call home. The University of Utah Medical Center is 1.5 miles away. Downtown Salt Lake City is 1.5 miles away. SLC International Airport is 5.5 miles away. When you need some time off for fun, the nearest ski resort is a short 35 minute drive. In fact, Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Park City, Deer Valley and Solitude are 22 miles or less from your front door.

Upon entry to this two level condo you are welcomed by an open floor plan with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, living room and full bath with walk in shower. When you don't feel like making the short drive or walk to downtown, or to other local spots just blocks away, you will find a fully supplied kitchen with everything you need to cook at home.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms. Each has a king sized bed with new Tuft and Needle mattresses. There is also a full bathroom with dual vanities and a bathtub/shower combo. One bedroom offers a desk for those looking for a home office.

You will love the daily reminder, from each room, of how close you are to the stunning mountains that surround the valley. The condo is located on the third floor of a locked building, accessed from the front, back or garage with a key fob. There is one under ground garage parking spot which is a must during Utah winters. There is also a back lot for parking.

Guests will have entire condo unit to themselves. Contactless entry using a keypad.

Moving from Chicago, I wanted a place that would possess the feel of living downtown while also having easy access to the mountains. This condo unit provides an upscale feel with brand new finishes and a bi-level floor plan. It's a short uber ride to all of the best downtown restaurants and bars and also provides easy access to multiple hospitals, the University of Utah campus and the Wasatch Mountains.
