NF Wine Country Retreat with Dock

Enjoy this idyllic family friendly home in the heart of North Fork, Long Island. It's a newly renovated and spacious 4 bedroom and 2 bath home. The open first floor plan leads to an equally as spacious and enjoyable back yard. From the private backyard, you can launch your paddle board, kayak (we have 2 for guests to use) or boat right off the dock to enjoy the peace and tranquil Goose Creek, or walk a few minutes down the road to Croteau Winery.

This home has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8 with 2 full bathrooms. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed that overlooks the beautiful backyard. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a crib, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The second floor hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.

To make this even more family friendly, there is a washer and dryer on the first floor. Additionally, keep everyone connected and happy there is wifi throughout the home. There is a TV (with all the apps) in every bedroom along with the main TV in the living space. All the TVs in the home are smart tv with all apps, but sign-in is required for various apps.

We have a dedicated work/workout area with a desk, yoga mat, light weights and a Peleton bike (membership and sign-in is required).

The amazing space indoor is echoed by the brilliance of the outdoor space! There is a large deck with table and chairs, a grill and newly added fire pit area. So our guests can truly enjoy the outdoors, we also have several games including corn hole and a giant Jenga set, plus 2 kayaks for guests to use, which can be dropped into the canal at the end of our private dock (life jackets are required).

Guests have access to the entire property, including the dock.

This home is located in the heart of north fork's wine country. It is walking distance to Croteau Winery and less than a mile to Mattebella and Corey Creek Winery.

Guests can access and use the dock area. Guests are solely responsible for any and all water related activities. Additionally, the guests are responsible to know any and all boating regulations, and would be responsible for fines in violation thereof. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, issues or fines that occur on, in, near or around the water. If any guests use the kayaks, then a life jacket must be worn. We provide 2 adult life jackets for guests use. The owners are not liable for the misuse of the kayaks and/or improper use/nonuse of the life jackets.
