Sunset Retreat | Canal Front, Views of Bay!

Sunset Retreat is a newly remodeled home that has two bedrooms and one bathroom on a canal for fishing and a large screened in upper deck view of Copano Bay across the street. Enjoy watching some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever witness every night you stay here!

This home offers a combined living room/dining area that flows into the kitchen area. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with all new appliances. And don't forget your K-cups for the Keurig Coffee maker! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size bed and one twin. Sleeping up to 5 of your friends and/or family members.

Sunset Retreat has a covered patio under the house for enjoying canal breezes. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience after a long exciting day of fishing and fun in the sun. Along with all these great amenities comes a 70 ft long bulkhead along the canal behind that house! There is plenty of room for fishing. We can't wait to see you!

Nice area and property.

Management were quick to reply to us finding damage in the house. Nice area to fish around the house and plenty of space for family's comfort.

Nice and quiet location

We bought our own towels, personal care items, and cleaning supplies which we normally do on our trips but this home was fully stocked and had plenty. They even supplied disposable towels to use for fishing which my husband loved

Great property for a family of 4 or 5.

Great property for a family of 4 or 5. Great value and the sunsets are spectacular. We didn't bring a boat but easy access to Copano. Great!

Okay stay

Upon arrival, everything seemed great until we opened the doors and stepped out to mosquito hell. We couldnt unpack without being attacked. The evening we arrived was the only night we got to enjoy the outside space. After returning from the beach the following day we were not able to be outside due to the property being under water up to the first stair. Again mosquitoes were HORRIBLE, understanding because your surrounded by water. No restroom vent. AC needs replacment with queen bed. Temp didnt get pasted 75 even though AC states otherwise. Lastly garbage disposal never worked. Sink stayed clogged with water. We stayed inside the entire trip and were not able to enjoy our stay the way we had hoped.

Love this place. We have stayed here twice now. Not a huge place but well maintained inside. We really like that there is access to the water and available parking for two boats. If I could make a suggestion it would be to add a load of gravel out front to help with parking space and less MUD.

Excellent stay. Picture of the cottage actually reflected what we found upon arrival. Excellent location and facility. Easy to work with. Everything mentioned in their ads was true to their word.

Location is awesome and view is beautiful!! We did noticed when we checked in that the carpets weren’t vacuumed and some stains. Also it would be nice to have actual sofa not a futon to sit, and I couldn’t see myself on bathroom mirror it was really high, light switches are put odd places. Overall, we had awesome weekend fishing.

Loved it.
