This exclusive Amelia Island vacation rental has high-speed Wifi and flat-screen TVs with streaming services in the living room and bedrooms. The complex pool is right outside the front door and the closest beach access is about 500 yards or a leisurely 10-minute walk away.

This comfortable villa has two separate patios, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that can easily seat 6, and a wet bar for entertaining. In addition to the plush furnishings, this rental comes with bath linens and top-of-the-line bed linens.

The unique design of this condo makes it a great option for a family with multiple kids or couples wishing to travel together but still have their privacy. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bath, while the second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and an attached bathroom. This villa can comfortably sleep six people.

Guests may inquire about renting only the main bedroom and living area, or only the second bedroom, as our property does have lock-off capabilities.
