★☆ GROUND LEVEL ☆★
Located on the ground level is a main entrance leading you into a living area equipped with it’s own kitchen, dining, family room, full bathroom, two bedrooms, laundry room, covered patio, and game room. This level is perfect for guests who struggle with stairs or have mobility issues.

★☆ MAIN LEVEL ☆★
A grand staircase will lead you to the main level located on the second floor. On this level is a spacious open concept kitchen, dining, family room, private balcony, half bath, laundry room, 2 king on-suites, and stairway leading to the 3rd floor on-suite bedroom. Sitting on the covered front porch is perfect for morning coffee or reading a good book in the evening.

★☆Parking☆★
The driveway can accommodate 4 large vehicles. Additional parking may be available in the overflow parking lot.

Note: On-street parking is NOT permitted, including the street at postal canter. All vehicles MUST be parked completely off the street and may not impede the visibility of others. OSV can issue fines for any violation or loss of driving privileges in the Village.

★☆Golf Carts☆★
☀ On-site golf cart rental available through Oceanside Village. ONLY golf carts rented by Oceanside Village will be allowed in the community. So please do not rent from outside companies. Parking inside of the garage is prohibited.

★☆ OUTDOOR ☆★
Oceanside Village is a private 180-acre oceanfront resort community. Equipped with private ocean front parking, beach access, bathroom, and showers. The community also offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad, and hot tub for all your aquatic desires.

Looking for more relaxing activities? Fishing is permitted in designated lakes or you can visit the library (located in the activities center).

Need a quick bite to eat? Visit the famous Conch Café an oceanfront restaurant located at our private beach front.

★☆ HOUSE RULES AND OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆★

☀ Check in at 4PM | Check out at 10AM
☀ Thermostat doesn't need to go below 68.
☀ Must be 25 years old to rent the home.
☀ No boats, campers, trailers.
☀ NO Animals. Penalty of $500 for violation.
☀ NO Parties. Penalty of $500 for violation.
☀ NO Smoking/Vaping inside house, garage, porches or patios. Penalty of $500 for violation.
☀ Upon check-out, don't remove linens from bed.
☀ Sweep any excess sand from mats.
☀ Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of community amenities. Consequently, NO refunds will be provided if these amenities are not accessible during your stay.
☀ Remove and Discard all items from the refrigerator.
☀ Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented through local beach rental services.
☀ NO Parking on the street. Oceanside Village will give you a ticket for this violation. This is out of our control, as it is a gated community. Overflow parking is available. You will have to visit the main office to retrieve a pass.
☀ Golf Carts are allowed in Driveway and street areas only (allowed only on streets in the gated community and crossover street to beach access). They are not to be on patios, sidewalks or any grass area.
☀ Golf Cart Rentals are available behind the Oceanside Village Office. Contact info will be shared once booking is confirmed.
☀ Quiet time in the VILLAGE is observed from 11PM until 8AM
☀ Curfew is in effect from 11PM until 6AM for persons under 18 years of age who are outside a RESIDENCE on VILLAGE property and not accompanied by a parent or guardian
☀ Key cards for gate access can be rented from Oceanside Village Office for $30 (cash only). Key cards will gain you entrance to all security gates, including the private beach access gate. At the end of your stay, turn the key card back into the office for $10 refund. You must have key card to access entry back into the community.
☀The Basketball goal, in the cul de sac, is not a part of our property. There are public goals located by the community center.
☀ We kindly request that guests rinse off sand using either the outdoor shower situated on the back patio or the water hose available at the main level side entry.
☀ When the grill is being used, it should not be positioned directly against a wall. It needs to be moved away from the wall to ensure safe operation. Penalty of $1000 for violation.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
