Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio. IIK Tulum is great located to a walking distance from restaurants, shops, supermarket, and downtown. Our studio has a private patio and plunge pool, where you can relax and, dine al fresco.
We have furnished the studio to meet everyone expectations. We beforehand thank you for your preference with us in Tulum paradise. We can also provide with a safe taxi service for your transportation needs.

IIK Tulum has a lobby 24 hrs 3 buildings each with a roof terrace for your use, cenote like pool, gym, lap pol, sauna and steam rooms all amenities have strict scheduled determined by the complex administration, all for you use and joy while staying with us.

Best location in town, off the Main Street Avenida Coba, that is the main access to the beach, at night after all beach activities, we are located with in walking distance to the near by eateries, shops, and bars for your night life enjoyment.

Parking is free around the development, parking closer to the Lobby will be of help, when loading and unloading items

-Parking is outside the complex.
-No smoking inside the studio, if smoke is done 150 dollars will be charged to disinfect the room.
-No pets allowed.
-please turn off the lights and the mini-split when you go out.
-Do not leave the door open when the AC is on, because mini-split will condense and will cause leaking.
-If you need to throw the trash, trash bins are located on the back side of the complex, or ask reception for trash location.
