With a large yard, driveway parking, washer/dryer, central air, and three bedrooms, this small ranch is home-away-from-home for up to six guests.

Pets welcome if approved, enquire with host. Pet fee of $20/night/pet will be requested a few days prior to arrival.

Please note:
While spacious, the yard is not fenced. The smart TV is equipped with a Roku to stream your own subscriptions; regular cable channels are not provided.
Please remove your shoes/boots while in the home. Thank you!

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome but must stay off furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Relocate Oh Yeah!

The house was comfy and warm, just like home! It had very nice comfy beds. We enjoyed the simple cozy atmosphere. We will definitely stay again. It's very close to shopping areas to include restaurants. We even Door Dash our meal. We live in the country and don't have the comforts of shopping malls and eatery's.

Cute place

Nice little place outside the city. Simple, cute furnishings, ready to roll kitchen, very comfortable beds. Perfect for a short family trip. Only one negative and according to the owner it is being rectified: Although the house itself was clean, there was an overwhelming odor of cat urine throughout the entire house.

Home away from home

Easy check-in, convenient location, clean property with everything we could need. Cheryl was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The beds are all comfortable and the sheets were clean and smelled nice. We will be coming back to stay at this property.

worked perfectly for our needs

The online photos are a completely accurate portrayal of this small but comfortable house. Everything was immaculately clean and in good working order. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house has everything a visitor needs plus a few nice little bonuses. For the three of us (married couple + sister), it met our needs perfectly. I would, without hesitation, stay here again.
