The owner says they no longer rent. We found out the day of arrival that we had no place to stay. Do not book this place

Nice place but the oven did not work

Very nice location. The owner has put effort into making the place welcoming. It is a very old structure with a poor layout. There is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor, and the stairs are narrow and steep. We had anticipated that my mother-in-law was going to stay with us, but she is 90 and the stairs would not have worked for her so we have to find other arrangements. The biggest issue is that the oven did not work. We were there for Christmas and Christmas dinner was very difficult without a stove.

Great house in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, full of everything we needed for our stay, and the host made checking in very easy. We appreciated the extra towels and games for our daughter. Thanks for making our trip easy and enjoyable!

Nice spot at a nice price

This was perfect for what we needed. A place with space for everyone to come home to after a long day of site seeing. Nothing fancy, but clean and a nice location. It's a few minute walk to a bus stop and about 15 minute walk to the metro train station (potomac yard).

Great place ... great location ... great host

My husband, kids, and I traveled up for the week to tour DC and do other stuff. This VRBO was in the most perfect location for us ... near the metro and grocers. We were very comfortable and appreciate the hospitality the host offered!

We had a great time!

The host was very welcoming. House was clean and had everything we needed. We weren’t expecting the board games and all the streaming services on the smart tv so it was a pleasant surprise! The backyard fire pit area was really nice as well. The only issue we had was we had trouble getting the washer to work but the host came over to fix it. All and all I highly recommend staying at this place if you are planning a trip to the DC area.
