Among the three properties, you'll find multiple living spaces, a full kitchen plus two well-equipped kitchenettes, and a grand total of seven bedrooms with plush bedding to ensure everyone has a perfect night's rest.

Step outside and explore the beautiful flower gardens complete with a koi pond, enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea in the gazebo, or slip into the pool or the soothing hot tub for the perfect afternoon at home. Not quite what was advertised

We recently stayed here and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. Firstly, our check-in process was hindered due to an incorrect door code being provided, which delayed our access to the property. Upon settling in, we noticed several safety concerns, particularly with the deck. The structural integrity was questionable as the posts were not securely fastened, which raised concerns for our group’s safety. The house’s location on a main, busy road significantly impacted our stay, as the constant traffic noise was not conducive to the peaceful retreat we were anticipating. Additionally, we encountered some inconveniences inside the house. For example, we were unable to find extra trash bags, which would have been helpful during our stay. More importantly, the condition of the hot tub was unsatisfactory. Not only was the water visibly green, but it also resulted in a skin rash for one of our party members, requiring medical attention.

Everything we could ask for and more

We had an overdue extended family gathering, nine adults and four kids ranging from 2 to 14. We could not have found a more perfect place. The setting and the set-up were ideal and even the 14-year-old said he enjoyed it. There’s very little that wasn’t thought of or provided and there’s even an EV charger. Because we rented the entire compound, everyone had access to all the amenities. The landscaping and the layout are gorgeous. There was plenty of room for the kids to run and play, plenty of spaces in the three houses to hide and decompress, plenty of room in the pool and hot tub. We had meals together in the main house and on the deck by the pool, as well as having our own spaces for light breakfasts and lunches. We were also close enough to shopping and activities in and around Gilford (if you have little ones, you have to go to Beans and Greens Farm), as well as a short trip to Weirs Beach and Meredith for fireworks, a ropes course, go-carts, bumper boats, mini golf and arcades and we rented the caboose on the Winnipesaukee Scenic Rail for our entire party and back to the base for a Fourth of July cookout. We had a couple minor issues but things happen that are out of everyone’s control. The owner was very responsive and those issues were quickly and completely resolved, which is all you can ask for. Everyone agreed it was one of the best vacations and we plan to do it again next year, hopefully same time, absolutely same place.
