This apartment is on the first floor of my renovated home, located in Oakland, one of the most important and best located neighborhoods in the city, a few steps from Schenley Park, surrounded by museums, hospitals, universities, restaurants and shops, all in one place.
This cozy apartment is on the first floor of the house, recently remodeled, the floor, kitchen and bathroom are new! It is cozy and stylish, perfect for a family, a couple or a group of friends.
The bathroom is fully renovated features rain shower and bathtub.
The apartment includes:
- Two bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a queen bed
Additional bedroom with two twin beds
- Each room has smart TV 55”
- Desk with chair
- Nightstand with lamp
- Kitchen with new appliances and equipped with basic implements
- Dining table with chairs
- Washing - Drying machines.

The whole apartment is equipped with excellent wi-fi connection.
Parking information:
Free parking in front of the property from 7 pm - 7 am, if you need parking in other hours, you can park for free 24/7 on Frazier St just one block away from the property.

- Take off your shoes at the entrance.
- Do not smoke inside the house, only in the front or back porch.
- Do not block other cars on premise.
- Non registered guests must pay $25 per night, extra guest fee.
