Pretty location, but disappointed with onsite services.
The individual room was nice. It was decorated fine and was acceptable. Some of the cabinets were broken and the kitchen had sparse supplies. The small bedroom had very little air flow and no fan. So, it was hot in the night time even with the door side open. We would have liked a fan or some airflow to keep it cooler.
Our biggest complaint was the elevator issues and the lack of the interaction and assistance from any staff. When we checked in, it took effort to figure out where to park. (assigned parking). There was one person checking people in and the line was very long. It took almost 45 minutes to get a parking permit and wrist bands for the property. Once we parked on the 9th floor, in our assigned spot. It took another 30 minutes to have access to an elevator that wasn't full so we could take our items up to the 15th floor. Later, we would choose to walk from 15 down to 9 to get to the car. But the stairwells, didn't have any windows or any airflow. So, you would sweat instantly.
I liked being on the beach. And I enjoyed not having to travel far to be on the sand. But, I would not stay her again. It was too much hassle. They need at least 4 more elevators to accommodate the people on all 23 floors. (They currently have 4 I was told.)
