Lake town Wharf 824

Check in was a breeze, property managers were very responsive and welcoming. The unit was clean and spacious for 3 adults and 3 kids ages 1-7. Would definitely stay here again. The beach view was wonderful also!

5 Star Excellent Stay

The unit was soooo clean!!! I didn't have to worry about anything while I was the for my 4 days stay and when I did contact someone about a small issue they responded quickly and solved the issue!! I would highly recommend to stay here in this unit and of course I would book again with Nautical Properties!!!

Paradise in panama

We had an excellent stay in this unit! What's better than waking up from the sun rising or seeing beautiful ocean views!? It is very well managed,and CLEAN which is a huge plus for me! The unit is nicely decorated and all the items you need for a comfortable stay are provided and then some. Any need or issue that came up was immediately taken care of to make sure we had a good stay. I definitely will return and book again!

The property was nice. Great views and amenities. I did have a problem with the cleanliness. There was trash in a drawer from a previous guest. The floors were very dirty and the furniture could use a steam cleaning.

Not enough elevators and not enough carts for move in / move out. Waited 1:45 hours for a cart at check in. Our room was great but the resort is old and tired. Staff does the best they can under the circumstances.

Long term stay

Had a great time. Plan on coming back next year. Clean unit. Love the custom queen bed where the bunk beds were. Would like to see the window in the living room fixed. It was a bit of a distraction. But having so many thing close to the property is such a plus. ie Walmart, golf, Pineapple Willy's, etc

The property was clean, had great AC, decent ocean view, centrally located and easy access to the beach. We didn’t care for the required resort wristbands. The elevators were a big problem. Long wait times, some out of order, some full upon arrival to your floor. We took lots of stairs. Lots of street traffic/noise. Nice overall just super congested area.

Great Experience

The room was just like it said in description. It was clean and comfortable ,Good security on site. It was convenient to Walmart also. From our room on one side you could see a good bit of the ocean and on the other was a water ( lake type ) view and had a walk way all around the water the kids enjoy ,it also had a light show one evening in the water / with the water which I don't remember seeing anything about this we just lucked up one night and saw it one night really cool !! I didn't remember seeing the charge for the bracelets I had to purchase which was an unexpected cost but I'm sure I must of not read it thoroughly enough.
