Beautiful, private, waterfront home on Big Pea Porridge Pond in Madison, NH. Amazing year-round mountain and sunset views. Over 800 ft. of water frontage at the end of a dead end road, surrounded by natures. A great vacation spot all year long with plenty of room for friends and family.

This house is ideal for a family, family groups, or small groups of related adults. (Not suitable for large events.)

Open concept living with fully-equipped large kitchen, wood burning stove, large dining table, 55" TV and WiFi. After a long day of skiing or hiking, soak in the hot tub while watching the game in the spa room! Large deck overlooking the water with screened porch for those warm summer nights. Swim or fish from the private dock. Kayak and canoe available for your use, along with life jackets in all sizes. In the winter, skate on the pond right out the back door!

First floor features master bedroom with TV and full bathroom, additional half bathroom, laundry and access to the 2-car garage.

Second floor includes another full bathroom, two bedrooms and a "kids' den" with TV. All new furnishings throughout the house. Bathroom towels and linens are provided.

Our house sits just on the outskirts of Edelweiss Village on the largest of the Pea Porridge Ponds (no motors allowed). Edelweiss is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Five sandy beaches, a playground, and a basketball court are all available within the neighborhood.

Minutes to Silver Lake, King Pine, North Conway Village, Cranmore Mountain Resort, Attitash Mountain, the scenic Kangamangus Highway, the Saco River and all the Mount Washington Valley has to offer: world-class hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing, fly-fishing, rock-climbing, dining and shopping. Or, take the kids to Story Land, Santa's Village, the Polar Express, Kahuna Laguna Waterpark, or Monkey Trunks obstacle course. There is so much to do in this area, whether winter, spring, summer or fall!

The downside: eventually, you have to go back home!
