Great Stay

The angle view to the ocean was beautiful. A plus was the good supply of beach toys for our grandkids and beach chairs. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room were all nice. It was great having a washer and dryer. Be sure to bring extra supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

Wonderful location!

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean, the beds comfortable and the location, right on the beach was amazing! We walked the beach early in the morning and it was so convenient to be steps away. The condo is stocked with all the necessities and we were minutes away from so many attractions and restaurants. We loved our time here!

Beautiful condo with great views

Condo itself was clean and well kept. Communication was quick and helpful. Amenities were nice and comfortable. Loved the view and the resort was in a good location. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Family vacation

We had a great experience and Rose was very quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect! Right on the beach but minutes away from the Boardwalk, Broadway on the Beach, and the airport. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Rooms were clean and no issues with anything! The beach, pool, and indoor slides were great and the kids loved it. The owner was great to work with and always answered any questions I had prior to staying! Highly recommended it.

Great Stay!

We travelled to the area for a cheer competition and the accommodations were great! Just as advertised. Great location to many of the Myrtle Beach offerings but in a quiet more residential area. The kids loved the water park and the moms loved the ocean view! We would love to stay again!

Spring break for kids

We have done several MB spring breaks with our kids but this was the best and we all agreed this is a repeat. The pools were warm and not very crowded at all, the unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed

Family spring break

Great location. South side balcony felt very private and great sunsets. I appreciate the pergo/hardwood floors when I stay at a beach location. I think most of the hotel has carpet so the upgrade on this unit was quite nice! Well equipped, would come back!

We have stayed at this resort numerous times over the years. Staying in this room was the best experience we have ever had! Our kids said several times that they want to come back to this room. Loved it so much! Highly recommend!

All the Comforts of Home

The condo was very clean and the decor was beautiful and cozy. It felt like all the comforts of home while on vacation. It was quiet which was very important to us. We didn't need to lift a finger, everything was thought of for us. We would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in Myrtle Beach

The condo is as advertised! Clean, well appointed, and quiet. Rose was a great host - keeping us up to date on check in and check out and providing other information through the app. My family of 4 (two adults, one teen and one toddler) did not want for anything! The building itself is in a nice part of Myrtle beach, not near the seedier areas. The location is a little oasis of high rises in an otherwise residential expanses of seaside mansions, so it felt safe and less touristy- while also close to both Downtown Myrtle and North Myrtle. The amenities (pools, game rooms, gym) were amazing, albeit a little dated. Great access to a clean and sandy beach that is very family friendly.

Great unit, kid friendly

The condo is great. Clean and updated, very amenable. The property has seen better days. Outdoor pool area was nice. Doors on the indoor Waterpark were broken, and the entire indoor water park smelled like gas. The two indoor parks are small, but probably great for younger kids. Property needs to work on the gas leak issue, it was very off putting. Plenty to do in myrtle beach otherwise though, so not a deal breaker. All in all it was a good stay, but not the best.

It was nice but I wouldn't return.

Nice property. I like the kitchen, two bedrooms, and views. Large shower, we didn't want to try a strangers jetted tub it looked nice. Kitchen stocked well with utensils. On the cleanliness side, it had some opportunity. The couch and rug were dirty. The towels all smelled like mildew and washer dryer was older and inexpensive. I think it woukd help to run a empty load with bleach! because everything came out smelly badly. It seemed OK right out of the dryer but once items cooled, mildew was the odor. The mattresses were OK in the kids room, the master was low quality. I've seen this before and it's silly with inexpensive foam beds out tgere- easy fix for $300-500. Shower grout was a little gross but the shower was nice and huge!

Lovely & Cozy Condo

We loved the unit. I chose this one to know what the condo looked like ahead of time & we were not disappointed! We have stayed at this resort several times & your given unit can often be hit or miss on how outdated or generally clean it can be (i.e. the old musty sandy carpets no one will ever get clean or old furniture that is broken & way overdue for replacing just to name a few things). Loved the flooring, the area rugs, the bedding & linens. You can tell someone is putting in the effort to make this unit feel cozy. It also had a lot of kitchenware you don't typically get in standard condos (like we used the pizza pan & pizza cutter for dinner one night) & keurig with creamer & k cups stocked as well as laundry pods & dishwasher pods & dish soap (all very helpful). Cleaning items like swiffer & broom & vacuum were also handy & the owners keep beach items in the closets as well which we didn't use (as we are kind of local) but we felt would be a huge perk for people traveling by plane who couldn't bring their own chairs & things. Also loved the fans in the bedrooms & TVs were nice & large in all spaces. It was a little noisy with construction (on sewer lines that included a 24/7 noisy pump) below the balcony but that can't be helped & you never heard it inside the condo. View was another reason I picked this unit as we've typically stayed in the other building where you see ocean but mostly condos looking back at you. Great communication with host. Will stay again!
