The Space:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2)

PARKING:
-Starting July 8, construction for a new road may affect street parking and traffic flow in our area. We expect this project to be completed by December. Please allow extra travel time and plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
- There is no onsite parking available. If you plan to bring a car, the SpotHero Parking app can help you find the best available spaces in the area.

The RiNo neighborhood is in the Five Points area of Denver, which features some of the best dining and nightlife in town. If you prefer to eat outside, walk two blocks to Larimer Square and choose from many outdoor options like Rioja, Tamayo or Colorado's first brewpub, the Wynkoop Brewing Company.

Getting Around:
Our Kasa is located in the heart of Denver's vibrant RiNo district and a few blocks from Union Station. The city offers various transportation options so you can get around without any trouble, including ride-sharing. We provide a parking space for a fee for one vehicle per reservation for select room categories. The Denver International Airport is located 24 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night nght for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- There is no onsite parking available. If you plan to bring a car, the SpotHero Parking app can help you find the best available spaces in the area.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

This property was fine overall, but we definitely had a few snags, mostly to do with location and cleanliness. When we arrived, there was leftover takeout from the previous people in the fridge, and something had exploded all over the freezer that hadn't been cleaned. It also stank of THC (I know it's Denver, but still), which wasn't great for my parents. When I informed the property management, they thanked me for telling them about the "cleanliness opportunity" and instead of offering to fix it asked me to send them photographs of the mess. So we couldn't really use the freezer because it was covered in frozen goo and I wasn't going to clean that out myself. They also authorized my early check-in request, but not until it was already a few hours past the time I requested. It was also a little difficult to find because there's a big sign outside the building with a different name than the name they gave us. And someone pulled the fire alarm and it seemed like they didn't know how to shut it off, because it went off like three or four more times before they finally shut it down. I'd also note that if you make a reservation here, be careful driving at night. There is a large encampment of unhoused people running along the three blocks immediately facing the building to the North and East, and in the evening it turns into a bit of an impromptu block party with lots of people in the street/on bikes, who aren't always paying attention to cars driving up to the building.
