Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, the outside patio and pool area is completely screened, and ready for your ‘al fresco’ dining, and poolside lounging and sunbathing. The outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill. Grill out while watching your loved ones enjoy a game of corn hole, water basketball, or an indoor game of pool.

The spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, with a large smart TV including all the popular streaming apps. We also included a comfortable queen size pull out couch for any extra guests.

The dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining and leads through to the fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and a coffee station that will satisfy all coffee lovers’ needs!

To the left of the living area is the master suite, which also overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private deluxe bathroom. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, ‘his and hers’ sinks and a separate walk-in shower. It also has a large smart TV.

The bedroom layouts are not as stated in the listing and even when getting a bed confirmation of listing property was not as advertised and host was very difficult to communicate with

Rough Stay

We stayed for two weeks and had several issues. The advertisement was not accurate. The ad listed two king beds, but there was one king and a full bed. The owner was contacted about the discrepancy and didn’t respond. The sliding bathroom door would not close. The owner was notified and did not take action. So, we lived for two weeks without privacy. We got a flat tire from screws left in the driveway. I know it was the driveway because I found a pile of screws that matched the screw in my tire. The dryer vent was filthy and caused the dryer to overheat. The owner sent out a repairman, but the dryer ruined a full load of clothing by shrinking it. The house and community were nice, but not well maintained. We had to wash sheets upon arrival because the beds had hair and stains. We had a good time, regardless. But, I wouldn’t recommend this rental.

We had an amazing time, with ample bedrooms for everyone, 2 large common spaces, and a well equipped kitchen!

Great place for vacation

Few small glitches when checking in but Eric was easy to get ahold of and quick to solve problem. Very nice home and great location. Easy access to beaches, attractions and restaurants. Truly a Salt Water Paradise. We will be back, Highly Recommend. Thanks Eric

A little piece of paradise

This property is a beautiful home to stay in especially if you have a large family. This home allowed my family to come together and spend time without being on top of each other. The home has all the amenities needed for you home away from home. The home is bright and sunny and you can enjoy the indoor/outdoor living with a pool located off the kitchen/family room. The beach is only a short distance away. I highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a spacious getaway centrally located in Naples.
